It has been fully updated with modern finishes throughout. Take in the Gulf views and spectacular sunsets from the south-facing balcony. It’s a short walk to the deeded private beach access through the Sunset Beach community (directly across the street from the Seacrest Beach Entrance Lifeguard Stand). Walk or bike to all of the boutiques and restaurants throughout Alys, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach.
