The Space:
Experience vacation living surrounded by palms at this charming Rosemary Beach townhome! Create lasting memories in the shared turquoise pool, splashing under the bright Florida sun. When you're not swimming, stroll along the sands of Seacrest Beach, practice your swing at the Watersound Club, or enjoy a meal at one of the many locally-owned restaurants.

Start your day with morning coffee on the covered balcony, complete with seating for four. Inside, unwind in the cozy living area, featuring a comfortable sleeper sofa and two armchairs, perfect for relaxing. In the evenings, settle in and stream your favorite movie on the smart TV.

The bedroom boasts high ceilings, soft linens, and ample storage, ensuring a restful stay. Additional conveniences like a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and internet access enhance your comfort.

Outside, take in the sea breeze by the condo's shared pool, or hop on the golf cart to explore local shops, sights, and dining spots. Great location in a very nice and quiet community. The neighborhood is very beautiful and well maintained and close to all things 30a. The condo was very nice and had everything you need. Host was attentive and answered messages quickly.
