Comfortable and convenient access to the beach. Noise of second floor occupants and especially the cleaning crews was a distraction to an otherwise nice relaxing vacation.

Beach wedding

We had a wonderful trip… great access to the beach and Alys beach where the wedding took place. Very accommodating so we could get in as soon as the property was ready to get ready for the welcome party. Would highly recommend

Good for us

This condo was very spacious and great location. Only complaints are the tvs are somewhat confusing to use and the showers are very small(shower head is only comfy for people under 5’7” and the walls were curved so hard to hold our shampoos bottles), minor things.

Enjoyed our beach trip

Lovely condo. Loved the green space and private beach access with chairs and umbrella reserved for us! We would definitely stay again. Great location to drive to Seaside or Rosemary Beach. Easy to get to the airport. Great Experience!

Family Spring Break - would stay here again

Location is fantastic. Perfect for young families as we were back and forth from the beach frequently each day. Kids loved playing in the grassy area at the condo. Beach was pristine and having the chairs and umbrella set up early each morning was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, but bare bones

Hard to argue that the location isn’t the best thing about this listing. The building is a bit dated, but has been kept up and updated within reason. Condo was clean in as much as it had clearly been turned over before our arrival, but showing general signs of wear and rust. Also, and I don’t know if it’s just me being picky, but I cannot stand the type of bright white LED lights that are used in every fixture of the place. All in all it’s a good value for the location, but corners have been cut I suppose.

Labor Day Get Away

The condo was awesome! It was super clean and we had everything we needed. It is in a great location and getting to the beach was a breeze. We had a very relaxing weekend. So, if you're all about that beach life and cozy living, this place nailed it! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect condo for enjoying a spectacular beach

This condo served us well during Memorial Day weekend and the following week. No issues with the condo, and communication with the manager was outstanding. The 2nd bedroom has no windows, but we liked it because our two kids nap better in the dark. We found everything else as described in the listing. We hope to come back. We were here for the beach, and that’s all we really cared about. The beach itself is spectacular. The beachfront in front of the condo was busy but definitely not as crowded as Seaside. There are still obnoxious people here with loud boomboxes, but I don’t think you can avoid that anywhere along 30A. (Why do so many people assume I want to listen to their music on the beach?) If you arrive to the beach after 9:30, you might not find front-row space. But there also wasn’t a sunrise race to set up, as we experienced at Seaside a couple years ago. Capistrano guests had daily battles with the adjacent homeowners who would come down and tell people to get off their private beach. (Ridiculous, but a recent Florida law gives them this right.) So, when you’re looking at satellite imagery of the beach, be aware that Capistrano guests are restricted to set up in front of the condo along with guests from other authorized properties. And, because the lock on the gate to the beach doesn’t work, you’ll see several locals who access the beach here too. If you want a really quiet beach experience, drive a couple miles to Deer Lake State Park.
