You will not find a better view then this western corner 3 BDRM unit at Calypso Resort! Listen to the waves and sip a cocktail as you relax with these gorgeous ocean views from your private balcony, the living room, dining room, master bedroom and guest room! New furniture in 2020 adds a modern style while keeping with the relaxing vibe of Panama City Beach!

This unit comes with 2 sets of beach chairs and umbrella set up daily, in season (march 15- oct 31) 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas.

Welcome to Calypso's premiere rental unit, our 12th floor corner unit located in the prestigious Calypso resort, offers everything you might need for a wonderful vacation with family and friends. The Calypso property has 2 outdoor pools, a pool bar, BBQ and fitness center. Our corner unit comes with 2 sets of COMPLIMENTARY beach chairs, that's 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas right on the white sandy beach! After a day at the beach, you are only a 2 minute walk to Pier Park, the biggest outdoor shopping mall with many shops, restaurants, recreation activities, movie theatre, "wheel eye", and more…

Interior Living Area: The open concept living area features a living/dining area with over 30' of windows bathing you in sunlight and views from every angle of the beach, coastline, and pier park. There is plenty of seating with a couch, love seat and 2 oversized chairs. The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, and granite counters. Enjoy ocean views from the fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, icemaker, blender, Keurig coffee machine. A dining table and kitchen bar offer enough seating for your entire party. Every kitchen gadget you could want to prepare a small snack or a gourmet meal has been provided. In the living room is a large flat screen TV with cable and your personal streaming services available to download. Free Wifi! Enjoy your favorite songs from Spotify while enjoying the sunset. Condo also includes brand new washer and dryer.

Bedrooms: Inside the condo, you'll find 3 well-appointed bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, en suite bathroom, a wall of sliding glass doors, and an ocean view. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, a sunset view, and an en suite bathroom. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed and own bathroom. Two master suites have gorgeous gulf views, plasma TV's and all bedrooms have new comfy mattresses!

The 12th floor balcony is the perfect place to see for miles down the beach, or look far out onto the ocean to see dolphins, sea turtles, sting rays and other sea life often visiting our waters. Sit, relax and enjoy the spectacular sunrises, sunsets as you listen to the waves crashing in and smell the salt air! You will not find another Condo or view this perfect. Parking: handled through the Calypso Resort Parking, Effective January 10th 2025 cost is $60 per car per stay with a max of 2 vehicles. Fees are subject to change per the HOA.

Beautiful Fall Break

Enjoyed our stay! The owner and the maintenance supervisor were both great to work with. This unit has a beautiful view of the beach, the pier, and Pier Park. It's an easy walk to Pier Park which has several restaurants, shops and a small amusement park for young children.

3 Generations - Family Vacation

What a wonderful location. Calypso resort is very nice and convenient to Pier Park. The condo was exactly as advertised. Owners were easy to deal with. Beautifully and tastefully furnished. Clean and well cared for. Had all the amenities we needed for a wonderful week at the beach with my son and his family. All three generations had a great time. Would recommend to everyone.

Beautiful view with great accommodations

We had a girls weekend and with 5 women the size of this property was perfect. A spacious bathroom for each room was especially great. The views were absolutely amazing. The elevators can get a little backed up during peak arrival times but the wait was worth it. The four rental chairs and two umbrellas that came with the property were great (note they set them out at 9am and begin pick-up promptly at 4:45pm). We would highly recommend this property and hope to return soon!

Family Vacation

Very comfortable stay! Weather was not the best while we were there but the condo was big enough for everyone! There was 6 of us and we never felt over crowded. Mostly everything you need is walking distance with amazing views! The staff is super helpful if you have any questions about anything. The condo had everything you could need. Kitchen was well stocked as well as the bathrooms! We’re definitely going to be booking this condo again for our next trip down!

Amazing Vacation May 2019

I can not express how extremely immaculate and amazing this condo is. My family and I could not have had a more relaxing vacation than what we experienced staying in this condo at the Calypso. The decor, layout, bedding and fully equipped kitchen is top notch. We were able to walk directly to Pier Park with a brisk 5-minute walk to all the shopping and restaurants galore. The Warren family were incredibly nice and helpful with our stay and I totally recommend this condo over and over again.

Calypso Resort Aug. 2023

Beautiful condo with an ocean view and quick walk to beach. 2 nice swimming pools with access to the Tiki Bar. Convenient location, very close to Pier Park so you don’t have to drive for food unless you want to. Walmart is just a few blocks away. We were fortunate and didn’t have to deal with the crowds. It was getting crowded as we were leaving, people coming for Labor Day weekend. I didn’t have to contact management because everything went smoothly. I did receive important information in a timely manner with instructions regarding parking garage passes, door code and instructions for checking out.

Beautiful condo

Great condo ,very clean, spacious floor plan, adequate kitchen utensils and most of all its location....location....location.Things not working were: 2 bathroom doors near condo entrance -locks not working, ceiling fan on third bedroom near condo entrance also not working, good there was a standing fan provided and lastly but not least ....the hose shower heads of masters bedroom and second bedroom is mounted only for tall people and not for 5'0 ft. tall customers like my some of us in our family. But all in all its a wonderful place to stay.

We loved the condo. And the view from the balcony was beautiful. Loved the location of the condo. For our family we did not like that the big tents are able to set up in front of the beach chairs that came with the room or the other chairs you rent, They block the view while your on the beach and it was like a maze to get through all those tents to get to the water. I have never been on any beach where the big tents got to set up in front of beach chair rentals. They were always on the side or behind the rentals. That would be the reason why I wouldn’t want to stay at this resort again. Which is sad because everything else was perfect

We had our first annual couples trip and stayed at this property. It was perfect! Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom which was super nice! The space was super clean and close to everything! Beach and ocean view was amazing!!! Highly recommend!

Gorgeous views

The condo has great views. Bedding was very comfortable. Two families stayed together and there was ample room for all. The location is walkable. The close proximity to pier park is nice. Very enjoyable and comfortable

Spent a wonderful week on the beach and loved the condo! We had plenty of room for the five of us, and having three bedrooms and bathrooms was very convenient. The unit was clean and comfortable. All amenities were as promised, including the beach chairs and umbrellas. And Can’t say enough about the views of the gulf!
