Welcome to Bunta's Beach Haven (pronounced BOON-tah; Australian slang meaning crazy): a gorgeous three-bedroom (including an in-law suite) that sits directly on the sugar white sand of the Emerald Coast.
Step inside this Tower 4, 12th floor haven and get ready to relax in luxury. All bedrooms are Gulf Front with Floor-to-ceiling views of the Emerald Coast and Direct Balcony Access. Inside this upscale beauty, you'll enjoy comfortable seating with recliner sofas, a reclining chair, large smart TV, and a staggering floor-to-ceiling view of the white sand and emerald waters, you'll never want to leave! Our large kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for meals and snacks, including a full pot and single cup coffee maker, crockpot, blender, toaster, cookware, drinkware, and utensils. A stackable washer and dryer and free wifi offer convenience. Our dining table seats six, as well as additional bar seating for four. Step outside to our large, 20' covered balcony and enjoy seating (couch, coffee table, 2 arm chairs, additional dining table and four chairs) to soak up the water views and sunsets you won't soon forget.
Bunta's Beach Haven has three bedrooms to accommodate sleeping for 10. The first master bedroom overlooks the Gulf with floor to ceiling windows and features access to the 20' balcony, a split king adjustable bed with a premium mattress, ceiling fan, smart TV, clothing storage and access to an ensuite bathroom with double vanity and a shower/jacuzzi tub. The second master bedroom also offers access to the main 20' balcony, floor to ceiling Gulf views, two queen beds with premium mattresses, ceiling fan, clothing storage, smart TV, and access to the 2nd ensuite bathroom featuring a shower with body spray jets/jacuzzi tub. Our third bedroom is a huge in-law suite with two queen beds with premium mattresses, ceiling fan, clothing storage, 65" smart TV, a pair of recliners, a wet bar (with sink, microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator), access to its own private balcony, plus ensuite bathroom with walk in shower.
During high season, (March to October), we include beach service for guests: two sets of two chairs + umbrella ensure you spend more time enjoying the beach than getting to or from it ($600 weekly value). There are games and beach toys available for your use (condition depends on prior guests). Please be respectful of these items for future Guests.
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $200 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No smoking, pets, or parties allowed. Booking includes use of 10 wristbands and three parking passes, all of which must be left behind to avoid fees. Limit of three vehicles without prior approval. We provide starter amounts of soaps and paper products. Guests should plan to supplement these as needed for their stay.

Prices reflect any inconvenience*** The work will include repairing concrete columns, balcony slabs, hallway walkways, as well as stucco including mortar repair, sealing, and painting. Our contractor is committed to minimizing noise and disruptions to guests' daily life by adhering to designated work hours and maintaining clean work areas, but our resort will be considered a major construction site, and during times of jackhammering, it will be noisy. Access to the condo and the beach will be available throughout the project, but pools will be closed alternately.
