Best beachfront value in PCB! Incredible view!

Cozy studio with sweeping ocean view. We provide everything needed for a comfortable stay - two beach service chairs (in season), beach towels, bath towels, equipped kitchen, k-cups, tea, games, and a 65" TV. Complex has a pool, casual poolside restaurant and bar, game room, free WiFi, gym, internet café, and grills. There's tons to do within walking distance or a short drive, but you can also have a great vacation without ever leaving the property! Max 4 guests, including infants.

Eclectic décor with retro glam vibe and tropical touches. One queen bed and a twin daybed with trundle. Small but functional kitchen with stove, sink, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig, French press.

IMPORTANT:
1. There is no private balcony, but the complex has large shared balconies with chairs and beautiful views.
2. You can only bring one car, and must pay a one time resort fee of $30 in cash at check in at which time you will get a parking pass. A second car can be parked in public paid parking about a mile down the road. Even if you do not being a car, you must still pay the $30 resort fee.
3. Like many PCB complexes, all guests must wear a wristband at all times on property. This is for guest safety and to ensure that amenities are not used by unauthorized individuals. Younger children or people who have issue with the bands fitting can wear them in a lanyard. Take care not to lose the wrist bands as there will be a $10 charge per replacement band.
4. Bring quarters if you wish to use the shared laundry space.
5. No pets are allowed by the HOA, including emotional support animals. (Sorry!)
6. MAX 4 guests, including infants. This is a fire marshal restriction and security will not allow you to check in with any extra guests.

LOCATION:
Complex is directly on a gorgeous beach and walking distance from an ice cream shop, pizza restaurant, and tourist attractions like mini golf and go-karts. For more laid back activities, we are 1 mile from Pineapple Willies and 4 miles from St. Andrew's State Park, which is a stunning location that is great for snorkeling, diving, and fishing, and has a ferry to Shell Island. We are also 4 miles from an excellent dive shop, as well as activities like fishing charters, dolphin watching, hiking, and more.

We will not be onsite but are always available through the airbnb app or by text/phone if needed

Top of the Gulf is centrally located between the East and West ends of the strip and offers a quiet getaway on a private stretch of beach acceSeveral restaurants like Longboards, Hammerhead Freds and the Hershey Ice Cream shop are within walking distance
Pineapple Wilies is about 1 mile down the road!
The Pier Park, WaterPark, St Andrews State Park, and many more activities just a few miles away (usually a 10-20 min drive.)

The complex has enough parking spaces for 1 car per unit. HOA strictly enforces this rule so parking isn't an issue.

Additional vehicles to park in the lot across from Ripley's Believe it or not. The cost is around $7 per day.
