Needs updating

This condo needs updating. All the furniture needs replaced The living room furniture is broken down and dirty. The best part of this condo is the view.

PCB trip

Overall the condo was nice. Needs an update. New mattresses for the twin beds in the hallway by the door. Front door makes some loud noise upon opening and closing. The main door to the balcony was very very hard to open. Always had to go thru the bedroom door. Lastly, I pay a cleaning and host fees. I think more than a half roll of toilet paper should be provided! Ridiculous! We also only got a half roll of paper towels and one dishwasher pod. So if you rent this place, bring your own TP.

Family Vacation

The condo was beautiful and clean and had amazing views. The only problem we had was the ice maker didn't work properly but we were able to purchase ice on the property. Elevators worked great even though it was Memorial weekend and had a lot of guests. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend

Great place on the 22nd floor

Great 2 bedroom condo with gorgeous view. We both worked from home and it was very easy. Great appliances and would return!

Fall Break 2023

Overall we enjoyed staying at this property. I would say that it is in need of some updating and painting. Love the location and the new elevator system was fast and efficient! Way better than in years past.

Meh.

Having to take home a weeks worth of dirty clothes due to the washing machine being messed up kind of sucks. A lot. The room was definitely out dated and the beds were awful.

The condo had a beautiful view

The condo itself was nice but on the way to it I read some new reviews about roaches. We got to the condo and it had a bunch of live roaches everywhere in the kitchen and some in there Living room behind the curtains. We called the office and told them we weren’t staying there and they were amazing about moving us to a different location. They made it right.

Roaches!

The unit itself was very clean. No sand, grit, and very tidy. When we turned the lights on to the kitchen it was infested with roaches. We were absolutely mortified. I tried with no luck to contact Realjoy whom we rented with. We did a late checkin, so we’re forced to go buy spray to deal with it best we could. The view was beautiful, and unit was nice if you don’t mind the critters. Very dissatisfied, and will not rent through them again.

Roach problem

The property was ni w but there was definitely a roach problem in the condo, especially the kitchen area . When I opened the utensil drawer the first day there they had ALOT of very small roaches in it….They just kept coming and coming. Had to buy roach spray the constantly kill them. It was disgusting

Great condo

Our condo was great and the view was incredible. The management company was really responsive and went above and beyond. However, the resort closed the oceanside pool/hot tub/tiki bar after we made our reservation and no one reached out to let us know. It was disappointing to realize that they day before we left. Also, the description says that there is a sushi bar and day spa onsite and the resort does not have either of those amenities.

Nice view of the Ocean from the 22nd Floor

The condo was as described, except the “well stocked” kitchen could use sharper knives, more dish towels and an ice maker that isn’t clogged. Views were excellent. The sofa is a bit rickety and it would be nice to stay ahead of sand tracked onto the tile floor, but overall, was a nice place to stay.

Fall Break

Overall our stay was good. Condo could use a good deep cleaning. Carpets were filthy, to the point that we kept our shoes on unless we were sleeping. Otherwise everything else was good. We made the best of our stay and loved the view from the 22nd floor.

Great Location

This property is in a great location however the unit must get rented A LOT there were several items in the condo that were damaged upon our arrival, and the unit lacks through cleaning. That being said the property itself is great and there is plenty to do. The management company took care of my concerns and we would stay here again just not in this unit.

Great Property

Property was just as advertised ! Would definitely stay again. The only complaint that we had was there was only 2 rolls of toilet paper, one for each bathroom left & 1 roll of paper towels. With 5 girls, for 5 days, this was near impossible to make last the week . Ended up having to go buy more to use for our stay. Other than that, NO Complaints at all ! Thanks for letting us stay !

Great family place

We had a wonderful time! We always stay at emerald beach. This condo was super clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this cond!
