Let's be honest for a minute, views and location mean absolutely nothing if your place isn't comfortable inside. The owner kept this in mind as he completely redesigned this condo by combining high end "Big City" contemporary style, with laid back "Beachy Vibes."
This 2 Bed/2 Bath condo features 2 Private Master Suites, both equipped with their own King Sized bed and top of the line Hybrid mattress. Only the highest quality bed linens are used to ensure the most magical nights of sleep.
Each Suite has it's own large (55" and 65") flat screen smart TV to ensure you don't miss a second of your favorite show, and that you can binge watching your favorite series in peace and quiet. And each suite has it's own attached full bathroom - decked out with incredible unique tile and all the amenities you'll need to be more than comfortable during your stay.
The fully stocked kitchen brings the feel of a sophisticated New York Flat to the Beach. From the stainless appliances, to the beautiful quartz counter tops, to the matching dining ware, and even to the unique utensils, absolutely no cost was spared when it came to ensuring that a truly remarkable experience was created for all "Board Room" guests.
And when it is time to socialize, the Living Room is really where "The Board Room" truly shines. High end furniture, designer artwork, and a 65" smart TV offer all the comfort you need for up to 6 guests. But the views... oh those views!

Perhaps the most important aspect of a great condo is it's location, and when it comes to the best location in town, no one beats "The Board Room."
For starters, how does a 2nd floor condo with NO ELEVATORS and Gulf Views sound? How about the convenience of parking right at your door - instead a trekking across a 1 acre parking lot? Or how about being located literally right across the street from numerous incredible restaurants, mini golf courses, go-kart tracks, clubs/bars, etc.? That's right, you can actually enjoy an entire vacation without ever once having to touch your vehicle... "The Board Room" truly offers it all!
The Board Room is only steps from away from the famous Sugar White sands of PCB. Head out your front door, and you'll feel that soft sand beneath your feet in no time. No streets to cross and no long hauls up and down elevators, your private community beach is just down the Sugar Beach sidewalk!
After an incredible day of watching the dolphins play by the sand bar just 50 yards off the beach, prepare yourself for some of the most awe-inspiring sunsets that you have ever witnessed. The Beach at Sugar Beach is much less busy than the traditional high rises, meaning you can often get some of the most incredible sunset pics ever imagined - without countless people walking in front of your shot!
But "The Board Room" offers more than just Gulf Views... There are plenty of condo's up and down the beach that offer great Gulf Views, but how many can offer not only a Gulf View - but also a private pond view? Sugar Beach's well manicured grounds are genuinely unlike any other place in town. From your 2nd floor private patio, you will overlook the incredibly peaceful greenspace/courtyard, as well as the famous Sugar Beach pond equipped with the largest Koi fish you have ever seen, and the numerous families of turtles! And when it comes to incredible events, the Famous Ms. Newby's is just 2 doors away (main hub of the Spring and Fall Thunder Beach Bike Rally). And did you hear about Tootsies?!? That's right, Tootsie's Orchid Lounge (Kid Rock is a Co-Owner) is slated to open soon just 2 doors down on the side. These 2 incredible venues give you direct access to some of the best shows and concerts on the beach - without ever having to touch your car keys!
