  • This modern 3-bedroom condo is perfect for families. It's centrally located in the heart of Seacrest at The Villages of South Walton. Once you walk into this completely remodeled home-away-from-home you'll feel welcomed by all the unique updates and touches that have been made.

    Enjoy a kitchen that opens onto the dining and living area. There's plenty of seating for dining and entertainment with seating at the kitchen counter, the dining table, and even more seating out on the balcony. Enjoy the 30A views of Seacrest from this corner unit which features windows not only on the front of the unit, but also the side.

    The bedrooms are cozy and chic with their coastal vibes. The bathrooms will make you feel like you're at a spa with their beautiful tilework plus crisp white and cool gray finishes.

    Don't forget to spend some peaceful moments on the balcony to sip your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. Take in some warm breezes, and soak up the Florida sunshine.

    Sleeping Arrangements:
    Bedroom 1: King bed, plus balcony access. Private spa bathroom with dual sinks, and large shower.
    Bedroom 2: King bed, shares hall bath with Bedroom 3
    Bedroom 3: Twin-over-full bunk shares hall bath with Bedroom 2
    Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa

    The Village has direct access to Sunset Beach, and it's only a short walk away. Or, for your convenience, the seasonal tram will transport you to and from the beach. There are 2 large private pools at the Village with plenty of loungers and patio seating. Plus, there is a community grill area for your BBQ cravings.

    There are several dining options at the Village as well as shops and bike rentals all right at your fingertips. Right next door to the Village you can easily walk or bike to Rosemary Beach via the trail that parallels 30A. Rosemary Beach is a little piece of European flair in Florida. Have your pick of first-class dining options, one-of-a-kind boutiques, and picnic friendly green spaces. Hop in the car to head to Pier Park in Panama City Beach to the east, or make your way west to famous Seaside. The property is in a perfect location—walking distance to everything, which made our stay very convenient and enjoyable. The condo was also larger than we expected, which was a great surprise. With a bit more attention to cleaning detail and a few upgrades, this would easily be a 5-star experience.

Location was amazing! Super clean! Everything we needed in the kitchen. Just bring extra dish soap and laundry detergent if you want to do more than one load. But worked well for us. Updated and beautiful condo! Highly recommend.

We did not get to check in to the unit because there was no parking. The development did not in lude enough parking for all of the.units and the commercial operations. Exterior pictures on the advertisement were not from the property actually listed and rented.

This place offers everything for a relaxing vacation. We loved the convenience of the location and the unit proves all the necessities and more. The property management team is very responsive and checked on us almost daily to ensure our needs had been met.

Great Trip!

The property was very clean and nice, we will definitely be back! Great location, walking distance to everything, only downfall was it was pretty loud until about 10:30 with the live music downstairs.

Amazing location/property!

We were here for a wedding and this location was beyond perfect! The property was extremely clean and everything was within walking distance! The property manager was also extremely helpful and quick to respond to anything we asked. We will definitely be back to stay here again!

This was such a fantastic place at such a convenient location. The place was clean, quiet and next to so many businesses and most importantly, the beach! The only thing to keep in mind is to bring additional personal items (e.g., paper towels, laundry detergent) if you are staying longer than a week as the property provides limited supplies. We highly recommend this place if your goal is to relax with family, explore the beautiful beaches and towns around this area, hang out by the pool and enjoy some great live music every night down at the adjancent plaza!

Very nice area, great location. The only thing was did not know we were going to have to provide so many of our own necessities. Grocery store close so turned out fine. Guest service responded quickly to all questions.

Checking in was a nightmare. I had to call them just to remind them to send me the check-in information and instructions. They also never provided the PIN for the pool, so I had to contact them again for that. It felt like I had to extract every piece of information from them one by one. Once we finally checked in, the house itself was very clean and beautiful, but it was extremely bare. There was no shampoo, body wash, basic condiments like salt or pepper, laundry detergent even though there was a washing machine, beach towels, or other basic items you would normally expect in a vacation rental. We ended up having to buy everything ourselves and then leave most of it behind, which felt like a complete waste of money. The checkout experience was also disappointing. At exactly 10:00 AM, the cleaning lady came in and we basically had to leave immediately. We ended up sitting outside on the street with all of our luggage because there was no luggage storage or flexibility at all. Overall, the house was nice and clean, so the experience was okay, but the lack of communication, basic supplies, and hospitality made it frustrating. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again.

Spring Break!

This condo is a great find for a small family. The location is perfect and in walking or biking distance to many shops, restaurants and the beach! The condo is clean and had everything we needed for our group. The management group did an exceptional job of communicating. We would certainly stay here again.
