"Great experience"

"Hotel located in a busy area of Panajchel. Front desk was courteous and very friendly, same as other staff in the hotel and restaurant. Room was clean, well organized and the distribution of bedroom, living room/office space and bathroom was good."

"Good "

"Friendly staff Fast check-in process Neat and clean areas"

"Basic comfort for a budget stay in Panajachel, yet clean and nice. Staff was kind and welcoming, basic understanding of English language too."

"The hotel was pretty basic, but it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The area around it was safe to walk around, and there were plenty of places to explore. Unfortunately, there was a late-night party at the hotel, and the music was so loud that it even reached our room on the third floor. It made it hard to sleep, but we managed to get through the night."
