Amazing stay for 1 or 2 nights. It said check in was until 8pm but I messaged them and said if I will be coming at 11:30pm and they waited till I arrived to let me stay at the hotel. Amazing customer service and they really cared about us. We got a king size bed and very comfortable. Overall amazing stay. Breakfast was amazing aswell and we left this place happy and would definitely recommend if you’re coming. 10/10

The room had a view of the Pamukkale site and was spacious and clean. The staff were very nice and helpful and spoke English. There was a shuttle to the associated restaurant which served good food. The included breakfast was a true huge Turkish breakfast and amazing. Some small negatives, the room had some water damage and the toilet doesn't allow for paper to be flushed most likely due to the slow drainage. The shower door didn't close on the water side so water got out. Overall, for the price I would highly recommend this accommodation for its kind people and good food.

Overall I think the property was over priced. The pool area was a lot smaller than it looked. The rooms were dated and the furniture in the rooms needed some care / updating. The bathroom looked dirty and there wasn’t a proper door so couldnt close it fully or lock it. The body wash containers had all clearly been used and left there from the last person. On the plus side, the staff were really friendly and the breakfast was lovely.
