Great stay

Great location, easy access and we were able to check in early which was great! Shower was slightly dirty however everything else we cannot fault.

Very hard bed

The bed is very very hard and the pillows very low so difficult to get a good nights sleep. The shower head holder was broken so every time you turned on the shower you got water on the floor. Beware of a $20 charge if there are 2 people as the base price is for 1 person (a horrible practice).

We paid full price for a tiny family room which essentially was within a full of building site as the Hostel was having major renovations. That is all fine but when you are not told that this is happening and you pay full price. Not good.

Todo el edificio en obras con muchos peligros. La tv y la calefacción no iban. Muchísimas escaleras y sin ascensor.mini balcón al que solo puede salir una persona. Ducha muy incomoda. Pasamos mucho frio

Lo mejor del hostal es la ubicación dn plena calle San Nicolás y el poder acceder siempre con un simple código. Lo peor... el cuarto de baño siempre olía mal a tubería, la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear, habia algunos elementos rotos como por ejemplo el colgador de la alcachofa de la ducha.

Una joya dentro de Pamplona

La verdad desde la llegada hasta la salida una experiencia muy buena! La comida, nada que envidiarle a los grandes restaurantes, unos pintxos espectaculares y con solo bajar de la habitación. Al final terminamos comiendo en Bearan casi todas las comidas! Muy recomendable, Javi y Aitor muy buena gente y dispuestos siempre a ayudar. Volveremos a repetir!

Excelente precio calidad

El hostal está muy muy bien por su precio. Habitaciones cómodas, y muy bien ubicado. El personal (que es el mismo del bar) es súper amable. Lo único que no me gusto es que las paredes son muy delgadas y se escucha todo lo que ocurre en otras habitaciones o en el pasillo.
