"Me and my family had a wonderful stay here in this home from Dec 23- Jan 7th. Let’s start off by saying the owner Natalie is so sweet and respectful. Inside was so nice and clean, it was very spacious and felt like home. Natalie and her family treated us as if we were her family they were all very welcoming, and if I had any questions or concerns she always was a phone call away. In the area there is a mall and other activities to do things. When we come back for vacation we will definitely book...

"Getting up on the hill was definitely a new experience but the place , view and employees were amazing. Owner himself made sure we had everything we needed , accommodated when needed even suggested places we should visit. Loved the experience and view was breath taking "

"We had an enjoyable stay just what we needed. The property is in close proximity to mall, dining and supermarket. The area is very quiet which I like."

"Stayed there for 6 nights in October 2024. The place was clean. The host provided us wit enough wash cloths and towels., also toiletries.location was ideal and well secure. The only thing is the light in the living room did not work and there was not enough premium channels on the television. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this place to family and friends."

"I rented this apartment for about a week during business presentation in Kingston. The staff were helpful, detailed and kind. Also, the location and general layout is very safe and well-kept. I appreciated having laundry appliances and a full kitchen with pots and pans so that I could cook, too. Security guards at gate 24/7 plus staff on WhatsApp made me feel like everything was always taken care of. "Responded immediately with all our needs I got home and I’m day dreaming about the view it’s even better then the photos very accommodating we loved this place on site restaurant was soooo good staff was nice they offered pick up from airport for additional fee which was cheaper than cabs because it is all the way up the mountain the property was spacious, clean linens washer and dryer in the unit full kitchen the bedrooms was spaced out ideal for families traveling we took out boys they played in the game rooms and spent the whole in the pool each day gated, secure, super friendly locals right outside the city we loveddddd this place "

"The property is gorgeous, staff is very friendly and amenities are top tier. The only reason I didn’t rate 5 is due to the experience I had with the transfer service offered by the hotel. Not only was the driver very fast going up hill and no where in communications with the hotel was the cost of the transfer mentioned. Go for the spa & restaurant but arrange your own transportation. "

A great 2 star hotel

"Well now, this is officially only a 2 star hotel and so you might easily overlook it, but this is a really GOOD 2 star - big bedrooms with excellent AC, a fridge to keep drinks and snacks cool et., powerful WiFi signal, which is a big PLUS! Staff are laid back and not fussing around and an authentic breakfast which is really good for onlyJ$1,500pp. There is short path to a lovely secluded beach with a gentle sea to bathe in. You need a car for sure, as quite a rough access road, but don't be put off by this. Guaranteed you'll be pleasantly surprised, especially by the savings you'll make over swishier establishments. Try for a night or two first of all to see if you like it and I'm sure you will."

"Mostly an excellent experience and the hostess and staff were really friendly and helpful. Two downsides are that they did not tell beforehand that dinners and breakfasts cost additionally. Dinner ($18-$24) and breakfast ($8-$10). Also there were some bugs in the room as there was a gap between the door and the door frame. Overall a great accommodation though and ideal for hikers interested in doing the blue mountain peak trail."

"I stayed one night at RafJam with my mom. The property was gorgeous! There was a steam flowing through the side and rear or the property and had a cool dripping area and two mini falls. The sound of the stream, birds and beautiful flora and fauna was accident perfect for the relaxing trip we were looking for. We pre ordered dinner and breakfast was served. Both delicious. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and exceeded my expectations in this area. Suzanne the owner and Shane were very welcoming and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again but LONGER and recommend to anyone looking for something off the beaten path. Finding the place was a bit difficult and would recommend a call to the property before heading out and getting additional directions. There was also construction when we visited but that didn’t interrupt our trip. Book today and stay awhile and enjoy nature at this naturally beautiful property."
