You will be staying in a 4-room terraced house that spans across two levels and has a total area of 90 square meters. The lower level consists of a living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace and digital TV, as well as access to a patio. Additionally, there is a kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine with a hatch. A separate WC is also located on this level. On the upper floor, you will find three bedrooms: one room with a French bed (160 cm wide, 190 cm long) and a TV, another room with a French bed (150 cm wide, 190 cm long), a bathroom with a bathtub, bidet, WC, double hand-basin, and a TV, and a third room with a pull-out bed (2 persons, 2 x 80 cm wide, 190 cm long). There is also a second bathroom with a bathtub, bidet, and WC on this level. The property features a boiler with a capacity of 100 liters.
