This hotel is very nice: it is clean with friendly, helpful staff, room service, and free breakfast. The room has hot water, is spacious, and features a comfortable bed with plush pillows. It also offers good air conditioning and a convenient location near shops. The staff are accommodating to our needs, providing quick service and assistance. We would definitely stay here again when visiting family.

It was incredible and so clean

I loved this place, the staff are so friendly and helpful, the rooms are so clean and the design is really nice too, I enjoyed the breakfast and the quietness was a massive bonus considering I was struggling with jet lag, I couldn't rate it highly enough, if you are looking for a few nights of peace and quiet with amazing food and staff, stay here.

Quick Drop-by in Tacloban

We were looking for a place to stay for a quick visit to Tacloban for a friend's wedding around the Palo area. Our key concern was the proximity since we didn't want to book anywhere too far. Fan's was a great find. They had a nice and clean place, accommodating staff, and was close to a bunch of places to see, food to sample, and not as much traffic as the city's main roads.

The only issue I encountered was the abundance of ants on the floor and bed, resulting in numerous bites on our body, but apart from that, it was an amazing place

There was a leak of water on the floor under the bed. They did not know where the water was coming from, Might have been from the roof due to heavy rains or bathroom. Also, there was no HAIR DRYER despite the description of the room.
