Golfing - (Riverton Country Club, Pennsauken Country Club, Ron Jaworski's Riverwinds Golf & Tennis Club). 11 car parking lot (RV's, boats, cars, trucks, etc.) Plenty of room for all vehicles. 4 Flat screen 4k smart TV's (4 total). Fully furnished - Kitchen (Air fryer, knife set, Keurig, Coffee drip, toaster, microwave, Island w/bar stools, cutting board, utensils, healthy nonstick pots and pans, cooking utensils). Security system Beautiful Balcony - (Enjoy a morning cup of coffee and the beautiful night sky while the planes fly by without the noise of the planes). Very peaceful at night. Fully furnished 2 full bathrooms. REC room with futon. Dining room table and set.

We had a wonderful stay visiting family. The home was comfortable. Owner was very communicative and allowed for early check in. We also ended up bringing 2 more of our children that were not initially scheduled to go and he did not charge us an additional fee or give us any issues. We had a most pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again.

South Jersey sweet stay!

This house was built in the early 1900's and is modernized and comfortable while retaining all the historic charm. The host, Jerry, thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable! Beds were extremely comfortable, as were all common areas of the home! I'd definitely return to this home! while stayiJersey/Philadelphia area

Perfect spot

Our stay was perfect for the trip planned. We were a party of four. Plenty of room for relaxing and sleeping. Great hot water and water pressure in the showers. Clear labels on everything and water for us to use. Host was very responsive- even for a specific dinner suggestion. Would stay here again if back in the area. Thank you for being a Host.

The property is very well maintained and very pleasant. Its in a good location, very well looked after area in the leafy suburbs but close enough to Philidelphia as well (30 minutes). Even Ocean City is only 80 minutes away. We would highly recommend the accommodation, the communication with Jerry was easy and quick and he is very helpful, friendly, and efficient, at all times.

Outstanding!

This house is beautiful, extremely clean and well maintained. Jerry Gregg (the host) provided friendly, clear communication and we enjoyed our visit. We were 2 seniors, our 2 adult 30ish children, a 3 month old baby, and 2 small dogs. We cooked, and relaxed in this very modernized older home. Couldn’t have been a more relaxing trip.

Beautiful home

Traveled to the area for a wedding. Stayed here with family also from out of town. All were happy with the beautiful space. Plenty of room for 2 couples. Convenient to restaurants, historic areas, shopping. Jerry was very attentive and always available. Would highly recommend.

Spacious getaway!

Two 70ish girlfriends found this property to just about be the perfect getaway. It was very clean, well located to getting into Philadelphia easily, and had onsite parking.We loved that we each had our bathrooms, however it must be noted that the guest bathroom is on a different level than the guest bedroom. The kitchen was stocked with most everything you would need to make a meal,but why cook when you can go out! There is a lovely deck off the master bedroom - great for enjoying a cup of tea or glass of wine. There was ample space to relax with a separate living room, dining room, kitchen island seating and another living area upstairs along with the second bedroom. I would note that if you have any mobility issues this would not be for you - as the entrance is a tight fit with steep, narrow stairs to the first floor and another flight of stairs up to the second bedroom. We did experience some issues with some lighting and the heat, but the host was quick to answer any questions.

The Riverton was an excellent place to stay for our family of 5 adults and a baby. It was a convenient location to visit my brother in NE Philly, Six Flags Great Adventure and drop family at the Philadelphia airport. The bedrooms were spacious and the living area had plenty of room for the baby to crawl and explore on the beautiful hardwood floors. There was a place for our shoes which were requested to remove when in the house. There are steep stairs to the first and second level so not a good place if you have difficulty climbing stairs. It was fun seeing the baby's (our grandson) first attempt at climbing stairs. The place is a restored older home with lots of character. The first level has a wonderful master suite with a beautiful oversized shower, large deck that could use some touch-up paint and fairly high but comfortable bed. The second level has a cute sitting area with a futon and the second bedroom. I enjoyed cooking meals in the kitchen and gathering as a family at the dining table and in the living area. There is a great burrito place across the street I'd recommend where we got take-out. Gerry was great at responding to inquiries and made sure there was a baby gate installed. There is a keurig but be sure to bring your own pods as well as any spices including salt and pepper. The only thing missing I like to have was a gas grill. Don't hesitate to stay here.

Home away from home!!!

I will not be able to write enough great things about Jerry’s beautiful property and home, what he has done to make this rental incredibly guest friendly, puts his place on my top five list of favorites to return, and bring others to stay as well. It’s like he was in my head and knew all the things I needed, and while I was only able to stay a short time, he made it amazing, and was extremely communicative. He’s an amazing person, with an amazing property. I’m already working on when I return. You will love the balcony off the main quarters, all the spacious/openness, comfort and many amenities this place provides, but also the great separation between the two bedroom suites. Parking is absolutely convenient and right next to the entry door, so like me, if you have a larger luggage, or load, or don’t want to walk far to a car, no worries here. Wow. I’m so honored to have been his first renter and to leave this first five star review, wish I could give 10 stars. Thanks Jerry!!! See you soon.
