"We arrived to find large cockroaches at the front entrance an early warning we regretted ignoring. Check-in was slow, despite us being in a rush. When we got to our rooms, both smelled strongly of sewage, like someone had just used the bathroom, and instead of scenic views, which we told the front desk we were specifically visiting for, we faced blank stucco walls. Hoping to salvage the day, we left to explore, but our tire was deflating rapidly in the parking lot due to a large screw. At Costco, the mechanic told us it was a 5-inch framing screw from the construction next to the hotel—and that we were the 15th person that week with the same issue. After a two-hour wait for repairs, we scrapped our plans for the day and returned to the hotel. Unfortunately, it didn’t end there. The rooms showed signs of dog urine on the carpet (there were multiple dogs on our floor), along with toenail clippings and wads of long hair everywhere including in the sheets. The beds were rock hard, and the air conditioner was so loud it woke us every time it turned on. Overall, this was the worst travel experience I’ve ever had. Pick a different hotel. "

"I had prepaid a 2 bed room, and the reception staff was very accommodating, I liked how they asked if I prefer either a downstairs or upstairs room. The continental breakfast was pretty good with breakfast selections, I liked the omelettes (some had cheese, others had ham and cheese). And the rooms were pretty quiet (no noisy neighbors) 😅. Good experience, good staff, and good continental!"

"It looks very nice although the construction is terrible. The walls in the rooms are paper thin. Additionally they have sliding glass shower doors so when the people next door go into the shower and shut the door, your room will shake. This is impossible to sleep through. I stayed three nights and every morning before 7 I jumped awake. One morning there were 4 people in The room who showered before 6:30. To bad."

"The property worked for our one night stay. 2 parking stalls for the property and easy check in with the lock box. It is an older place and could use a fresh coat of paint on the walls to brighten things up, the linoleum floors in the kitchen and bathrooms are very old with stains and there were quite a few light bulbs burnt out in different rooms & the front porch, so it was very dark when we returned in the evening. There were very basic utensils, and unfortunately there were no drinking glasses only coffee mugs. We were also celebrating a few different things and had to purchase a wine opener since one was not provided in the home. There were no wine glasses either. We did leave the wine opener for the next guest to use. The master bed had 2 pillows but the covers were more decorative (fuzzy) then a traditional pillow case which made us feel like they may not be cleaned very often. The master shower & guest shower were not very clean and the guest shower drain was clogged/slow to drain. The TV picture coloring was very blue and we attempted to adjust the coloring but nothing improved it. The TV may need to be replaced soon. When we went to warm up water for coffee in the morning, we discovered the microwave was broken. We were not able to open the door because the handle was broken. I immediately notified the host who responded back promptly suggesting to send someone over but we declined since we were getting ready to check out. This is a no frills stay. "
