While I had a good stay, this was not what I expected. You will most likely not stay at 12 York CN Tower, that is just the face of the condo place. I specifically picked that place because of its proximity to the Scotiabank arena, I was there for the Leafs game, only to assigned a room over a mile away. I had planned on walking but with the snow storm that was definitely not an option with where they placed me. Also, this is a shared place type arrangement, which is not specified on the booking. I was lucky to get an apartment to myself. The place was nice and I really did enjoy the restaurants around it, that's the only reason I'm rating this a 7.

Room was very nice and the location was great. The staff was late checking in.

Amazing customer service! Perfect included breakfast and rooms were perfect size for 1-2 people for an easy stay.

The room was clean and spacious. The only thing I wish they wouldn’t do is have the air freshener pumped thru the ducts. I’m scent sensitive.
