We have stayed here before and it was just as awesome as before! Super clean and roomy enough for all of us, the location was perfect for going into town and the fair. We will definitely be back!!!
Wonderful property, very clean and comfortable. Would recommend for any family or group of friends wanting to see a more rural Alaska but still have convinces of a larger city.
The pictures and description does not do this place justice. It is huge, new, and super clean. The kitchen granite countertop must have been 10’ long, so we had an incredible amount of room to spread out. The location is close to everything, yet tucked back off the Hwy so is private. We loved it here!
We booked this exact same unit last year at this time and it was just as clean and well maintained as last time. Quiet surroundings, no pass through traffic, right between Palmer and Wasilla so food and entertainment is close by. We attend car shows, so our custom cars were parked outside without a care in the world, lots of parking too. Would definitely recommend this owner and their properties. We are booking again in another month too!
We have everything we needed and it was a nice place to spend our holiday together as a family!

The property was very roomy and comfortable. Very clean and we had a great time. The huge kitchen gave plenty of space for my adult children to cook my birthday breakfast. Loved it and would use it again.
The place is ideal for short or long stays with comfy memory foam beds, very clean and quiet, and easily accessible. The twin beds in the 3rd bedroom are very nice! We made meals, caught up on laundry, and walked the neighborhood. There were 3 things which could have improved the stay: chairs/seating for the back patio, dining table (seating was at the kitchen counter), and couple more chairs with seat backs (we could sit around coffee table on the bar stools, but not as comfortable). However, these wouldn’t stop us from returning!
Our work filled trip turned into a staycation at this wonderful , clean, modern, spacious, stylish, affordable vacation home. Definitely highly recommend. We will definitely book again someday. My kids loved it too.
My family stayed here for 3 days so we could attend the Alaska State Fair. The house was plenty big a very clean. It got really hot at night so that was uncomfortable even with the windows open. The kitchen was very nice but I'm glad we weren't planning on doing any cooking because there wasn't even salt and pepper let alone any other spices to cook with. There was coffee and filters which we appreciated. Overall it's a great rental right between Palmer and Wasilla.
Entire process was organized and the property was very nice. Appreciated notebook with detailed house rules and instructions. Used this as a base for exploring Anchorage area.
The concrete floors and granite countertops add to the sleek, modern feel of the Villas property. It was private, quiet, and had a nice back patio. The weather did not cooperate to enjoy much of a view, but that didn't detract from the place. The kitchen supplies were scarce, but the host brought us a cake pan when I asked about needing a pan to make cornbread, so that was super nice. The radiant heat from the floors took a while to heat the place up, but once it did, it was very comfortable. Nice accoutrements in the bathrooms.
Great spacious spot! Clean and new with a surprisingly quiet stay! Comfy beds with a good location. Radiant heat as well! Our 7 felt like we had plenty of space! Recommended for sure!
This was the perfect size for our family of five. It was very well kept and clean. We enjoyed the modern feel of the place. We would highly recommend it.
This was a great place to stay- there was plenty of room for our family of 4 and it was well maintained. We appreciated the blackout window coverings since it was light 22 hours a day :) thank you for letting us stay!
Melany’s home was beautiful and spacious at 1500 plus sq ft. Newer construction. Nice appliances. Host was very quick in communication by text. Home is conveniently located off Trunk road. (Easier to get in and out using Old Trunk road rather than what google suggests). We visited did day trips to Denali, Whittier, Seward. Climbed the Butte, visited Independence mines by Hatcher Pass twice! Grocery stores Fred Myers, Walmart and 3 Bears are nearby. Would definitely visit again.
Wasn't sure if this would work for us but couldn't picked a better spot. Only draw back was a burner on stove had issues, still a great place. We will definitely stay here again
