Adventure Stay Unit 1

  • Relax in this peaceful, private, smoke free, duplex with beautiful mountain views, close to trails and tours in the area. Located just 10 to 15 minute drive from downtown Palmer and only two miles from the 6398 foot tall Pioneer Peak with the glacier fed Knik River at her base. Palmer is rich in history and adventures. Enjoy tours including mild to extreme adventures all over this valley. Visit glaciers, giant vegetable farms, fishing, ATV & snowmobile tours, reindeer and musk ox farms and more

    The space
    Recently constructed unit has one bedroom with queen size bed, full size sofa/sleeper, full bath, full equipped kitchen, Coffee maker, coffee creamer, & hot cocoa. Comfortable front room seating with 42" flat screen TV, HDMI cord, DVD player and internet provided. Magazines, brochures, and table games included.
    Outdoor deck with lawn chairs for relaxing.

    Plenty of parking near unit, big open space with view of Pioneer Pear for outside enjoyment.

    Other things to note
    If you are coming to fish please clean your catch at the river bank and not at the unit. We do not allow pets, smoking/vaping, or any drug use inside or anywhere on the property. No illicit behavior. Unit is not to be used as a "Party House".

The communication was not so great with the host. First we didn’t received the code to open the door when we arrived and then the provided password of the wifi didn’t work until host provided different one. In the checkout day were a little late waking up so we texted the host asking for 30 min late checkout but the host was never replied. We were so very rushed to get out of the house. We know that was our fault to not check the checkout time the day before, but either way the host should reply to our text! I wouldn’t book with this host again in future.
