Villa Can Luciana is located in S'Aranjassa and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 450 m² property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an additional toilet, so it can accommodate up to 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace, smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, washing machine, as well as books and toys for children. The property also features a private gym and training equipment, plus a cot and 2 high chairs are available.



You have access to a private outdoor area with a pool, hot tub, garden, 4 open terraces, covered terrace, balcony, barbecue, playground, and outdoor shower. There are 6 parking spaces on the property, free street parking, and 2 garage spaces. Pets are not allowed. The property is step-free and has an elevator. There is also a charging station for electric vehicles. Beach and pool towels are provided, and there is parking for motorcycles and bicycles.



The property follows guidelines for proper waste separation and uses water-saving systems as well as sustainable materials for insulation. Please respect the quiet hours between 22:00 and 8:00. A deposit is held at check-in and returned after check-out if the accommodation conditions have been met.
