"Bear in mind this is a 5 star hotel and not cheap. PROs The hotel is very clean. Pool area is great,always beds & loungers available Air con great Comfortable beds Rooms cleaned daily cleaners lovely. SPA is ok but very small. CONs TV constantly freezes on live channels so couldn’t watch the World Cup. Don’t expect any food after 21:00 or room service for a 5 star hotel it’s not ideal after your evening stroll. Hotel has nothing in the evening it is super quiet around 21:00. Food is ok, dont order the nachos they are honking. We wanted to add one of our children to the booking last minute, we had a double sofa bed spare in our room. We was advised that we would have to purchase another room at a cost of 2.5k which is bonkers.They treat children 12 or over as adults and expect them to stay alone in a separate room. The area around the hotel is like clubland for Germans, so be aware if you’re around the hotel it’s rough as,if you like the smell of sick and beer then the streets around the hotel are for you."

"Room was kept immaculate. Cleaning staff were so friendly also! Clean towels and bed linen every day! The whole hotel was so clean. The food was lovely, massive selection and all really fresh and tasty. Good selection of drinks. Couldn’t really fault much at all. We had a lovely stay."

"Ma chambre et salle de bain étaient très grandes. Les déjeuners sont bons et assez complets. L’hôtel est très bien située, à environ 15 minutes de marches des restaurants ou endroits que je voulais visiter. J’ai bien aimé mon expérience à cette hôtel."

Hotel Isla Mallorca & Spa

"The staff were very friendly and the rooms were very clean. Although we did not use any of the spa amenities, they appeared great. The bar by the pool was nice and the food was pretty good. Although not on the beach, the hotel was a short cab ride to the center of town and a ten minute walk to harbor where there were plenty of restaurant options. Our only gripe was the air conditioning, or lack thereof. When we got to our rooms the temperature inside the rooms were 82 degrees and stifling hot. After running the air for a few hours it only came down to a couple of degrees. We let the staff know and they immediately sent someone to check both of our rooms. After tinkering around, the staff let me know that he made an adjustment. A few hours later, the room cooled to 77 degrees and would not go any lower. The lowest it cooled to was 71 degrees in the one room and 73 degrees in the second room and that was at night only. I understand that the temperatures were really high while there (I think we hit 96 or so) and the humidity was extreme, but feel like a hotel of that caliber should have better air conditioning. Put a damper on what would have been a great experience."

"Es un hotel muy bonito, cerca de la playa, la comida es muy variada, nos ofrecieron después del check out continuar usando las instalaciones del hotel con duchas de cortesía sin ningún costo, las habitaciones son confortables. Lo volvería a elegir, tiene muy cerca Mercadona y restaurantes."

"We had a lovely stay overall. The hotel is in a fantastic location and we chose a sea view room, which was well worth it for the beautiful views. We stayed during peak season, so the nightly rate was quite expensive, but that's to be expected. The property was very clean, although our room could have done with a little updating and it makes. There was a large crack in one of the walls, wooden floor chipped in areas. Units with what appears to be water damage and one of the power sockets didn't work, and only was only one socket by bed but these were only minor issues. The pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the heat while we were there. Overall, despite a few small maintenance issues, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the hotel for its location, cleanliness, and stunning views."
