Cosy two-bedroom apartment, simple but with everything necessary to enjoy a comfortable stay in the centre of Palma de Mallorca. It is located in a building situated in the historic district, in a lively area but on a street with very little traffic, which allows you to enjoy tranquillity without giving up city life.

The apartment is very bright, thanks to its three large windows, and also has a balcony with street views.

The accommodation includes:

Kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, freezer and washing machine.

Bathroom with shower, renovated.

Two bedrooms: one with double bed and another with two single beds.

Living-dining room with several sofas and armchairs, dining table, television and free Wi-Fi access.



Important: The apartment is located on a third floor without a lift, so it is necessary to climb stairs to access the accommodation. We do not recommend it for people with mobility issues or families with baby buggies.



Location - Sa Gerreria Neighbourhood



The apartment is located in Sa Gerreria, one of the most characterful neighbourhoods in Palma, known for its authentic atmosphere, bars, restaurants, shops and urban art.



The location is ideal for exploring the city on foot:

250 m from Plaça de Cort and Plaça Major.

800 m from Plaça d'Espanya, main public transport connection point, including the Sóller Train and buses to the airport.

Despite being in a lively area, the street is quiet, which allows for comfortable rest while enjoying Palma's urban life.

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment (you may do so on the balcony, taking care with cigarette butts).

We kindly request that you maintain order and cleanliness during your stay.

Respect the common areas of the building (stairs and hallway), keeping them clean and moving about silently.

Excessive noise, loud music, and parties are strictly prohibited.

In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours about noise or inappropriate behaviour, the owner reserves the right to expel guests from the apartment without refunding the reservation amount, and may also retain the deposit.

During the stay, a deposit of €250 will be withheld, which may be applied in case of property damage, key loss, or excessive dirt.

Check-out time: until 11:00 h. Early check-in or late check-out requests will be subject to availability.

The number of guests may not exceed the maximum capacity indicated in the reservation.



Parking and access



The apartment is located in a restricted access zone for residents (ACIRE). If you plan to arrive by car, the Priority Villas agency will manage the circulation authorisation with the City Council. You only need to notify us in advance and send us the vehicle registration number, and we will take care of the procedure.

There is the possibility of nearby parking upon request and with an additional cost of €20/day, subject to availability. There are also nearby public car parks.

40th Birthday break in Palma

This apartment was perfect for our needs. Very clean, comfy beds and we were glad of the air conditioning. It was in a great location in the centre of town with plenty of amenities. The apartment itself was very quiet and we were not disturbed by any noise. Perfect apartment with everything that you need for a short stay.

Eine Wohnung in sehr guter zentraler Lage in der Altstadt und in ausreichender Größe für 4 Personen. Es gab ein paar keinere Kritikpunkte, die aber unsere positive Meinung in Bezug auf die Wohnung nicht sonderlich einschränken konnten. Abgesehen davon war die Agentur sofort bemüht, Abhilfe zu schaffen. Alles in allem eine gelungene Woche.

Ungenauigkeit der Angaben zur Wohnung

Als ich mir jetzt die Bilder nochmal angeschaut habe,ist mir aufgefallen(leider zu spät),das die Möblierung nicht mit meiner Buchung übereinstimmt.(hat man wohl vorher ausgetauscht)Außerdem wohnten wir nicht Sidicat sondern Carrer dels hostals.Die Küche war nicht in Ordnung,zusammengewürfeltes Porzellan, furchtbares Besteck,keine einheitlichen Gläser,die Abzugshaube müsste dringend ausgewechselt werden.Fenster waren nicht dicht und haben bei dem Sturm furchtbar geklappert.Die Umgebung hat uns für vieles entschädigt. Was noch negativ war,die Modalitäten der Bezahlung. Anders als bei FE-WO.de angekündigt. Mit freundlichen Grüßen. Ich erwarte allerdings eine Rückmeldung Gisela Roediger

Apartamento para 4 personas muy adecuado y céntrico si quieres visitar la ciudad

La ubicación dentro de la ciudad, perfecta, al lado de una calle comercial, pero, lo suficientemente lejos como para no ser ruidosa. La zona muy cómoda para llegar a todos los sitios de interés de la ciudad. Algo lejos de la playa, para nosotros no era relevante, casi mejor. El salón, la habitación doble, la zona de la mesa de comer, cocina en habitación aparte, más que suficiente. El interior y la distribución del apartamento, muy bien organizado por tanto. Había toallas, jabón, papel de baño y cocina, muy bien. Todo muy limpio, la verdad. Tercer piso de escaleras algo empinadas, pero sin mayores problemas. El dormitorio de matrimonio algo justo. El menaje de la cocina algo corto, como suele ser en apartamentos, pero suficiente.

Perfect location. Lovely apartment. The neighbourhood is great - fantastic restaurants and bars. Palma is well worth a visit. One thing that is noteworthy is that the apartment is up several flights of stairs - this may be an issue for some guests.
