Located 250 metres from Plaça de Cort and Plaça Major and only 800 metres from Plaça d'Espanya where most public transport is centralised (Sóller Train, Airport Bus, Buses to all destinations on the island).

In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or annoying behaviour by any member of your group, the owner has the right to evict the customer and all guests from the apartment regardless of whether it is day or night and without refunding the amount already paid for the reservation, also keeping the deposit.
