Unit has been updated and is very clean.Convenient location. Had an issue with refrigerator filter and owner solved the problem quickly. He is friendly and responsive.Would definitely stay here again!

We spent Thanksgiving week at this property with 2 teenage boys and 4 adults, and we had a wonderful time. This is in a gated community across the street from a very nice golf course. There is 1 Master bedroom upstairs with a King bed, 1 hallway bathroom, and 2 bedrooms with a full and a queen bed. Downstairs there is a large pull out sofa bed and one half bath. This was an ideal size for our 2 families, and was overall comfortable. The tennis courts and main pool with hot tub are within walking distance, and the views are very pretty all around. The TV in the living room is huge, and the dining table in the kitchen seats 7 very comfortably. There could probably be a few more wine glasses and pots and pans overall, but the location and the amenities were perfect. This property is on the flight path for the airport, but honestly we didn't hear much noise, so that was good. The property manager was very communicative and answered any questions we had throughout our stay. We had a lovely time!

Great stay- as advertised

No surprises with this one! Pools were not busy and the property was clean and well supplied. Location is great- 2-5mins from a variety of grocery stores. *there is no BBQ- so plan food accordingly.Traffic on Lawrence Crossly and the planes overhead are loud but we got used to it (I personally prefer to sleep with earplugs as it is so didn’t hear them).I would definitely stay again- great value, location and owner communication was excellent!

It was close to shopping and the golf course that we played at. It was comfortable and clean. We had difficulties opening the lockbox and getting sound from the TV, but we overcame both problems. We were unsuccessful in getting assistance for our concerns. There was no response to our email or text.

Cheer Trip

I traveled with my daughter, her teammate, and mom to PS for a cheer competition. This was an absolutely lovely place to stay that accommodated all 4 of us! Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable home and perfect location

My sons and I have never visited Palm Springs before and wanted to travel there for the Thanksgiving holiday to enjoy the many golf courses. This house was in such a perfect location for this trip. We were right across the street from a beautiful course and the other courses we visited were nearby and easy to get to. We also had a Trader Joes and restaurants and other stores nearby. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed! The host even made sure that we had a bbq available on the patio because we wanted to bbq while we were there. The kitchen was spacious and we had a nice large dining table. It was very easy to communicate with the host - they responded quickly to our questions. I would stay at this property again and would recommend it to friends.

Great location and property

Right across the street from Tahquitz Creek golf course so you can walk over and hit balls, putt or play golf. There also is a resturant. Complex is nice with pools and tennis courts. The unit is recently updated with nice furniture, kitchen and a really cool fire place. Will certainly consider staying here again.

Palm Springs for Indian Wells Tennis Tournament

We stayed in this rental while visiting Palm Springs to attend finals weekend of the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament. This location was great both for getting to Indian Wells (25-30 minutes) and also restaurants in Downtown Palm Springs (10-15 minutes). Easy access to both Vonn's and Ralph's for groceries. The only downside to the location was the frequent plane noise from flyovers landing in Palm Springs, but it didn't detract from our overall stay. The unit was exactly as advertised and very clean. The kitchen was functional and we made breakfast every day of our stay. The kids loved having their own rooms, and the very large washer and dryer came in handy for laundry. The community was a great amenity and the owner is very responsive. We were able to play tennis twice and also unsed the main community pool/hot tub. Everyone we met was very friendly in the community. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Palm Springs!

Convenient location and responsive owner

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The unit is spacious and has all the basic essentials needed. It’s a close, easy drive from the airport and there’s grocery stores located nearby. The property is nicely maintained, has nice paths to walk around and several pools. The owner Steve helped answer all our questions and was great to deal with.

Palm Springs getaway

Loved the spacious clean interior of this property. Very close to groceries and just a short drive to downtown, airport and nearby hikes. A little bit of road and airport noise but all quietened down by late evening. Would definitely stay again!

Steps away from the Tahquitz golf course

Had a fantastic time staying here with some friends. If you want a place close to the golf course, this is the one. Also a short walk to Target, Starbucks and other convenient stores. Will be returning!

Extremely Clean and Comfortable Place

We loved staying at this townhouse, and the price was very reasonable for over the holidays, especially compared to some of the other places we looked at. It looks like it was recently renovated, and is obviously well taken care of. Beds were comfortable, good kitchen equipment, and great communication by the owner. We also enjoyed the pool, hot tub and pickleball court. We would definitely stay here again.

PS Family Visit

Two of my wife's siblings, a sister, (from London, England), and a brother and his wife (retired in Florida) came to visit us . We live and work in Sky Valley, and wanted to find a.place for them and us that would be near the airport and atrractions. This was the perfect place, in a great location! We all "loved" the accomodations-clean, inviting, and comfortable! The host was very considerate of our needs and a great communicator. Would definitly do again and recommend.

Lovely Condo in Palm Springs

The 3 bedroom Condo was even lovelier in person. Our host was a pleasure to work with. The instructions for entry were precise. All of the above made our stay stress free and so enjoyable. Would 100% stay again!
