ABOUT
A stylish mid-century bungalow designed for two, featuring polished cement floors, whitewashed wood ceilings, a welcoming private outdoor sitting area, and access to the property’s pool for sun-filled relaxation.
INTERIOR
Stepping through the frosted-glass front door, you enter a living space that feels intimate yet thoughtfully composed, with polished cement floors and whitewashed wood ceilings that introduce the timeless character of 1960s Palm Springs. A plush sofa and side chair create a comfortable seating arrangement near the wall-mounted TV, while art pieces on the surrounding walls echo the elegance and design sensibility of the era.
The kitchen continues the clean, modern aesthetic with a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, and generous cabinetry, and the center island serves as both workspace and dining table, seating four without disturbing the simplicity of the layout. The space flows naturally from cooking to conversation, offering just enough openness to feel airy while keeping the bungalow’s quiet atmosphere intact.
The home’s layout includes the living area with its curated seating and mounted TV, an updated kitchen that blends practicality with understated style, and a dining island positioned to keep the room feeling open. Wide doorways and cohesive design choices give the interior a sense of continuity even within its compact footprint.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
The bedroom features a king bed framed by two nightstands with warm bedside lighting, creating a restful space that balances comfort with restraint. A dresser sits opposite the bed with a TV mounted above it, and a small desk with a chair offers a convenient spot for reading or quick tasks. The bathroom stands out with its green tilework and walk-in shower, which opens directly to a private, gated outdoor sitting area furnished with two cushioned chairs and a small table—an intimate retreat that extends the living space and adds a touch of Palm Springs serenity.
EXTERIOR
Stepping outside, you’ll find a private sitting area off the bathroom that feels like a quiet hideaway, enclosed by tall gates and softened by comfortable seating for two. The property’s shared pool lies just beyond the bungalow, offering a refreshing escape framed by palm trees and the warm tones of the surrounding architecture. Whether you start the morning in the secluded patio with coffee or end the afternoon beside the pool with a book, the outdoor experience blends privacy with the breezy appeal of classic Palm Springs outdoor living.
POOL
The sparkling pool serves as a refreshing centerpiece of the property, inviting long, sun-soaked afternoons beneath the desert sky. Optional pool heat is available for $65 per night. We recommend adding heat between October and May. With this option, your pool will be preheated to a comfortable 83°F before your arrival.
