Kadali House is a stunning 3-bedroom + den, 3-bath home that offers a luxurious, private, and tropical retreat. Two of the bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, with sleeping arrangements that include two King beds and one Queen. The den includes a small futon chair that converts into a small bed—perfect for children.
The spacious primary suite boasts a standalone soaking tub and a beautifully designed shower, creating a spa-like experience. The home features an open-concept layout with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, seamlessly flowing into a bright and airy living and dining area, all tastefully styled with vibrant, tropical decor.
Step outside into your own slice of paradise. The fully fenced backyard offers complete seclusion and is the ultimate tropical escape—featuring a stunning pool, outdoor shower, BBQ grill, a cozy hammock for reading or relaxing, and a gorgeous outdoor fireplace. After a refreshing dip in the pool, enjoy al fresco dining under the palms.
The pool heating is optional. The pool heating fee is $75/day. This fee will be requested after booking confirmation, but prior to your arrival. Pool heating applies to the entire duration of your stay. Due to the time required for the water to reach the desired temperature, we’re unable to turn it on for only part of your visit.
**Please do not place banners, tape, or any adhesive materials on the wallpaper. Any damage to the wallpaper will result in additional charges after your stay.

**By City of Palm Springs Ordinance, the following are required to rent a short term rental in the city:
1. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
2. Primary renter must provide a copy of his/her government issued I.D. prior to check-in. A copy of I.D. is kept on file while guest is at property and will be shared with Vacation Rental Compliance Officials on demand as required by law.
3. Responsible party (primary renter) is required to sign a short term rental agreement (contract). This will be sent as a link for you to sign after you book.
4. All guests are required to print and sign names to City of Palm Springs confirmation that Good Neighbor Brochure has been read and understood by all adult occupants.
