Perfect!

This property was beautiful, and smelled AMAZING. The kitchen was fully stocked with any dishes you could possibly need, and everything was clearly labeled, making it easy to learn your way around the kitchen. The hosts were excellent as well - 4 ladies getting ready for a festival at once, and we tripped a breaker and they quickly responded on where the breaker box was. It was beautiful, and quite frankly - and instagram-worthy home. We loved it, and if we ever come back again, this will be top of the list!

Excellent location, property and host!

We loved this wonderful house! Billy was excellent and a great communicator. Billy was also very accommodating with our check in time and needs. The house was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans etc. The pool area is very relaxing with the waterfalls. The neighbourhood is very quiet which we liked. We would stay at this property again with no hesitation.

A slice of heaven in Palm Springs!

If I could give this house ten stars I would, it's perfect! The house itself is lovely - quiet neighborhood, breathtaking mountain backdrop, ideally located for all Palm Springs activities, the house feels fresh and updated and the decor is creative, fun and tasteful, the beds and sofas are super comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked and every bathroom and closet somehow has exactly what you might need tucked inside, the pool and patio are spacious and idyllic. All of that said though, the owners are what make the experience uber-special. You could not ask for nicer, more thoughtful, more responsive hosts. Billy goes above and beyond on absolutely every detail. We can't wait to come back!

Fantastic Stay!

We had a great stay at the Flamingo Palms. The home was super clean and everything matched up with the listing & then some. Billy & Jeff were great hosts and were super helpful before & during our stay. Will definitely stay again!

Comforts of being home, Beautiful Pool, Mountain views, night time fire pit, and great amenities

The house and pool was even better than the pictures showed. Short distance to downtown and the airport. Great neighborhood thats quiet and easy to walk day or night! Billy and Jeff were excellent Hosts! They were very helpful in accommodating our needs. Our visit and stay was relaxing, fun and more memories made to be looked back on! We will definitely book with Billy & Jeff again!

Wonderful Palm Springs stay

The house was everything we needed-fully stocked kitchen, open gathering area, comfortable beds, lots of towels, great yard and most especially a fantastic pool (we had it heated and it was perfect) and deck area for relaxing with a mountain view. The host Billy was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. The location was great to get out to Joshua Tree for hiking or a short drive into town for dinner/shops. Also very close to the airport. I would definitely stay here again.

Check-in and out extremely smooth. Communication with host was prompt, professional and helpful. Billy responded immediately to any question and volunteered assistance and ideas for our stay. Couldn’t ask for better host.

This property is a gem.

My husband and I frequently rent properties on vacation rental websites, and from experience have learned that pictures aren't always accurate and you never really know how the property will be until arrival. We absolutely loved the house from the moment we walked in the door through checkout a week later. This house looks just like in the pictures: It is spacious, imaculate, modern, tastefully decorated, well appointed, and has a lot of natural light while still maintaining privacy. The heated pool and pool area are fantastic, with pool chairs and a fire pit, and the view of the mountains from the yard is absolutely beautiful. The large backyard is perfect for grilling and to let your dogs go outside. The neighborhood is quiet, and the house has beautiful landscaping lit up at night by a set of blue and pink spotlights. We enjoyed quiet walks around the neighborhood with our dogs, and found everyone in the neighborhood very pleasant. Billy and Jeff are excellent hosts. They were in touch prior to check-in with detailed instructions, and even reached out the day of check-in to let us know the house was ready early. During our stay, they reached out again to give us recommendations for fun activities, restaurants, and local hikes in addition to the information provided in the guest binder in the house. We recommend this property without reservation to anyone looking to vacation in beautiful Palm Springs and are excited to stay again.

Great property

We really enjoyed this home and especially the pool area as the owners did a incredible job decorating and putting everything together so nicely to make it feel like a fun resort. Do you know that they do have several cameras on the outside monitoring activity.

it was our first time in Palm Springs. So easy to get to everything from this location. House was very clean and extremely comfortable. Had everything we needed. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen, dining, large tv and comfortable living room. Felt so at home. Didn't want to leave .......

Cookware, glassware and flatware need an upgrade to be considered luxury but we enjoy cooking. Perhaps most don't bother cooking in. Pool and patio beautiful even on cold days and one of our party swam everyday even though the heated pool struggled to be warm enough. The stereo and tv systems were nice. A chest of drawers in each room would have been really nice. Yoga mats a super nice touch. Overall a very enjoyable stay. Everyone thought the beds comfortable.

Tropical oasis in the desert!

We loved this house so much! The bright colors and flamingo decorations really added to the tropical feel of the house. The pool was clean and we had lots of fun swimming. The backyard is huge and totally fenced which was perfect for us. We very much enjoyed our time here and hope to return.

Awesome home and loved the pool. Just north of the airport!

Our host was the best, he kept in touch with us and answered any questions promptly. Just a $11 Lyft ride from the airport, nice neighborhood and easy to get around.

Comfortable, not quite luxurious. Really appreciated the owner’s quick responses when we had a need

The pool area and pool are excellent. Privacy was total which added to our comfort. The bathrooms need new washcloths and to have hand towels added. Some additional toiletries plus tissues would be good. The kitchen is well-stocked, and the appliances work well. The location was good for our many trips into town for the Modernism Show events. Again, the owner was gracious and responsive.
