Indian Wells Resort Hotel
Irons didn’t work, staff was not helpful finding a working replacement (3rd time and 30 minutes later was a charm). Pool/hot tub had stones/edges falling off the ledge.

This resort is unacceptable for a Hyatt property. On the positive side, the design of the pool itself was great for the area, and one of the few properties with a lazy river. Miracle Springs Resort & Spa
We stayed in s villa behind the resort. It was big and very convenient. However it was a bit trashy. The mini blinds were completely broke it didn’t look freshly cleaned. And it had a private Jacuzzi that didn’t work
