Winter in Palm Desert

We enjoyed our time at the peaceful waterfront getaway. The location was great with a lovely view of the golf course. Jane was very easy to work with and very responsive if there were any issues (just a few minor ones). The kitchen is sufficient and the appliances were nice. The unit is a bit tired and the furniture in the living room is not quite what it appears in the photos (the large brown couch is not there and a smaller loveseat size sofa is it's replacement). We had some company while we were there and the seating was uncomfortable in the living room for TV watching, etc. (We bought some foldable outdoor lounge chairs to supplement the lack of seating.) The TV situation is great - large ones in both bedrooms and the living room (we had some chilly days/evenings that were conducive to movie watching). The patio area is a nice hangout. We were happy to be able to bring our dog with us and have a great community to walk him in - lots of options for great walks. If you want to play pickleball/tennis you need a membership at the facility there or pay an hourly fee later in the day (i.e. hot!). We enjoyed our stay!

Great stay

Very nice, clean condo with all the necessary items there to meet your needs and expectations. Right on the golf course, but not noisy or intrusive. Did not use any of the facilities, i.e. pool, club house of golf so can't comment on those. Very conveniently located, near restaurants and shopping and easy access to the freeway. Beds were very comfortable.

The property was clean and organized just as the pictures showed. The kitchen was well equipped.It was a peaceful view from the patio doors. Very comfortable! Pet friendly my pup enjoyed hanging outside. Jane was very responsive!

Comfortable two bedroom

Nice two bedroom with well stocked kitchen if you desire to cook in. Back patio looks onto golf course and large pond. Multiple tvs with streaming services although living room only has a three person couch convenient to watch. Additional dining room chairs available. Host was very helpful and responsive. Good value.

Loved this house, perfect location near everything in Palm Desert. Senior friendly golf course as well. Host was very helpful and loved the layout of the house. Would recommend it to couples wishing to travel and visit Palm Deset.

Getaway

This unit was perfect for our needs. It is in a great location in Palm Desert; close to Paseo Drive and many restaurants as well as the Indian Wells tennis tournament. It is in a gated community, on a golf course. The pool was a three minute walk. It has a large pickleball venue and some tennis courts as well. The kitchen is stocked to the nines! All the cupboards are full. Jane promptly returned our messages. I cherished having my morning coffee and breakfast on the patio, watching the golfers and the ducks and geese in the pond and the hummingbirds! It was lovely!

Nice Place

My two buddies & I stayed there while on a golf vacation. We had a great time & this Condo met all our needs & expectations. We particularly enjoyed louging on the patio next to a pond green & tee box on a golf course. In addition to enjoying the aquadic birds, we took solice in witnessing bad golf being played by others.
