The open and bright living room connects with the dining area and kitchen. Living space features a large sectional and ample seating for your family or friends to watch sports or TV shows on the 50in. Smart TV. The dining table accommodates up to eight persons. Kitchen features new appliances, including a double oven, updated counters, new cabinets and everything you need for meal prep. The breakfast counter is perfect for morning coffee. Property features new washer and dryer, and a one car garage and driveway parking for two vehicles.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
The property features a total of three bedrooms. As you enter the courtyard a separate entry to a casita with en-suite bathroom is located to your right. Casita features a queen bed, ceiling can, large closet, 40in. TV, and a mini fridge. The main bedroom features a king bed, work desk, ensuite bath with dual vanities, shower, soaking tub, and a large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom features a queen bed and a large closet.

Avondale Country Club is located 4 miles to the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, 10 miles to Empire Polo Grounds (Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals), 18 minutes to the Living Desert, 25 minutes to Palm Springs Airport, 2.5 hours to San Diego, L.A. and Disneyland.

POOL HEAT
The sparkling pool and spa takes center stage, inviting long, sun-soaked afternoons or peaceful evening dips beneath the desert sky. Optional pool heat is available for $65 per night. We recommend adding heat between October and May. With this option, your pool will be preheated to a comfortable 83°F before your arrival. You will also be able to heat the spa, which is included in your booking. Daily pool heating fees are based on natural gas prices in California and the pool's size.
PET-FRIENDLY POLICY
We’re delighted to welcome your four-legged family members at select properties! One dog per reservation is permitted unless additional pets are approved in advance. Guests are responsible for their pets throughout their stay and for any damage, excessive cleaning, odor removal, or other pet-related costs. Pets should be well supervised and may not be left unattended when doing so could result in property damage, excessive barking, or disturbance to neighbors. Pet requirements may vary by property based on homeowner preferences and insurance requirements.
