We enjoyed this property so much! All communication was amazing and quick from the beginning. We loved the location it was close to everything we needed. It was very clean and was stocked with what you needed. Loved all the labeling of the light switches, kitchen, and other items. They truly thought of everything. We so enjoyed just relaxing out by the pool and using that space to be outside. Truly enjoyed our time. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We were in town for the USSSA All American Games and this house offered the perfect escape at the end of every day. The location was an easy drive and our kids were thrilled to come home to a pool every night after a hot day at the ballpark. The rooms are a nice size and the host has thought of everything from coolers to pool toys to make sure your stay is comfortable. We’ll definitely be back!

The house was really nice, comfortable and very clean. The size of the house is perfect especially it you have more than 2 people. We had most of our meals at the house as it has everything you need to cook. There is also a TV in every room so everyone could watch what they wanted. The pool was so nice and having it heated is such a bonus. We used it almost every day. Grocery stores, Walgreens, CVS and a Walmart were less that a 10 minute drive and lots of options for eating out. The area the house is in is quite nice and very quiet. So the location is great. The beach is also not far away and there are lots of beaches to choose from. We would definitely stay here again

We really enjoyed our start at Milly! The house was beautiful and very clean. The location was great with a safe neighborhood and very close to tons of shopping and restaurants. The kids really enjoyed the pool and everything we needed was right there in the house. We stayed for a week due to being in a baseball tournament in Viera and if we come back to the area again the future, we will be staying at Milly again!!

We were in town for a very short period of time because of this we wanted a central place family could come over for a cook out - just what we needed. Pool was a fantastic addition. My sister and I took a small work trip to get a change of scenery for a few days. From before we completed the booking through the time we left, Pedro was available for questions and extremely communicative. The house itself was comfortable, quiet, and clean--we so appreciated the snacks and bottle of wine, too! I would definitely come back for another getaway!

We loved the house layout, colors, decor, cleanliness, amenities, pool and patio! All of it worked great, exactly as we had hoped. The location is easy access to shopping and I-95. The neighborhood is quiet, very relaxing. Pedro and Logan are wonderful, communicate really well and are very caring. We appreciated the check ins inquiring about how things were going. We highly recommend this house to others. You will really enjoy it. Overall, a wonderful place to stay and we hope to book here again!

House was large and clean. We just used it for 2 nights before our cruise. We asked for a couple of hours early entry and were denied. The main downfall, and I admit it was my fault for not asking before booking, is that the pool is not heated as there is no heater, so basically it was unusable in January.
