The hotel is close to the bus and train stations, and the area is relatively dirty, but the hotel and rooms were perfectly cleaned. Electrical appliances function there barely. There is almost nothing functional. The area was also quieter than other parts of the city. The kitchen needs to be repaired and needs a little more cleaning as no one uses that part. The shortage of electrical power was causing lots of trouble. I was even unable to use the hairdryer with the hot air blower. The cleaner girl was very helpful, and she kept my room clean and tidy always. The communication with the hotel owner was always great. They even let me in early.

This hotel is in a very dirty area of the city. Litter and dog mess everywhere, be wary at nighttime.The hotel itself is not great, checked in with no info at all from the lady behind the desk and that was the last I saw of anyone. No room cleaning no towels changed no toilet roll nothing. The room was very dark no natural light. There was a window that looked out on to the stairwell but I had to keep the curtain closed as people would have been looking at you in bed. Expedia should be ashamed of themselves for not checking out the properties they advertise especially as there is so many bad reviews

AC & kitchen & wifi broken! not recommended!

The air conditioning was broken, the kitchen was broken, no silverware, no pots, no plates no glasses, nothing! The wifi was working one day, one day not, one day yes, one day not... There were cockroaches in the room, the drains in the bathroom smelled horrible and the area where the hotel is located is bad. We do not recommend this hotel.

There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty .

Soggiorno di 4 notti, dal 13 al 17 settembre. Arrivo. All'orario di check-in concordato con quindici giorni di anticipo, il portone era chiuso. Per entrare serviva un codice che non mi era mai stato comunicato. Nessuno ha risposto al campanello e il numero di telefono della struttura pubblicato su Expedia non era collegato. Sono entrato solo perché altri ospiti sono usciti in quel momento. Personale. Non c'era nessuno alla reception. Le chiavi della mia camera erano lasciate sul bancone d'ingresso, a disposizione di chiunque entrasse. In quattro giorni non ho mai visto personale. Il documento mi è stato chiesto solo il quarto giorno, da una persona che ha bussato alla porta della camera senza presentarsi. Nella stessa occasione mi è stata chiesta la tassa di soggiorno, pagabile solo in contanti e senza ricevuta. Ambienti. Le finestre della camera da letto e del bagno danno sul vano scale interno: chi passa sulle scale vede dentro. Per avere un minimo di privacy bisogna tenere finestre e tapparelle chiuse, e quindi niente luce naturale né aria. Il condizionatore faceva rumore e cattivo odore ed era inutilizzabile. Non conforme alle foto dimostrative su Expedia. Sicurezza e manutenzione. Una presa elettrica in bagno era sfondata, con le parti interne scoperte. Viti e chiodi sporgevano dal letto e dalla testata. Dopo. Ho segnalato tutto tramite i messaggi Expedia durante il soggiorno. La struttura non si è scusata e non è intervenuta. Sconsigliato.

Chambre correct malgré un matériel ancien et un ascenseur en panne, il n'était pas possible de baisser le rideau de la salle de bain et au matin du départ l'eau ne venait plus, cela de n'importe lequel des points d'eau. L'accueil était agréable est facile et la climatisation et le frigo fonctionnel, il y'a également une bonne literie.

Erstaunlich gut, hatte erst Bedenken da das Hotel in einer nicht besonders einladenden Umgebung befindet. Hotel ist sauber und zweckmäsig. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig und es sind alle Gröuche aus dem Treppenhaus und den Nachbarzimmern zuhören. Das Zimmer hatte kein Fenster nach außen sondern nur zu einen Belüftungsschacht. Die Lage ist super, die Altstadt ist fußläufig und der nöchste Supermarkt ca. 100 Meter entfernt. Gerbe wieder

Stanza buia perché si affacciava sul cavedio interno, quindi buia e umida perché il sole non ci batteva mai; angolo cottura con il lavello appoggiato su una pedana di legno, serranda bloccata a metà con manopola manuale rotante, bagno umido e con un odore forte di fognatura, rumori provenienti dalle scale, in quanto le porte erano leggerissime; pavimento sporchissimo. Frigo comodo e funzionante, wi fi veloce e tv non funzionante. Personale gentile. La posizione era comoda perché vicina alla stazione del treno Palazzo Reale-Orleans

Boa estadia. A localização não é muito boa, mas o ambiente é confortável e limpo, conforme o anúncio. O check-in foi fácil . A cama é confortável, o local é silencioso e o banheiro estava em bom estado. Pelo preço, estava muito bom. Wi-fi quase inexistente e não tinha tomadas perto da cama. Experiência razoável.

Kvaliteten af indkvartering svarer nogenlunde til prisen. Personalet var meget hjælpsomme og imødekommende. Receptionen talte rimelig engelsk. De reklamerer ikke med at de har en tagterrasse, nok fordi der ikke er nogle møbler. Der er et stort supermarked med delikatesse afdeling ca 300 meter fra hotellet. Bus og Metroen er ca 5 min gang. Der er ingen larm i området. Hvis jeg kommer til Palermo igen vil jeg ikke udelukke at overnatte der igen.

L’hôtel à accepter que nous arrivions tard compte tenu de notre heure d’arrivée à l’aéroport. Cependant, aucune indication quand à l’arrivée sans réceptionniste, nous avons patientez dehors sans réponse au téléphone ni à l’interphone, puis quelqu’un a fini par nous ouvrir sans explication et nous avons de nouveau patientez jusqu’à comprendre que nous devions nous même entrez derrière le comptoir de la réception et prendre nos clés de chambre. La chambre était bruyante et vraiment très sale, nous avons même eu une salle de bain avec la chasse d’eau qui se transformait en fontaine pour inonder la salle de bain. Nous avons fait par de ce problème dès que possible, la réparation a été faite dans l’après midi, cependant pas de geste, ou de réelle excuse de la par de l’hôtel pour la gêne occasionnée. Le seule point positif est l’amabilité de la réceptionniste que nous avons heureusement croiser pour notre problème, malgré le fait qu’elle parle uniquement italien.

Un hôtel plutôt sécurisé, avec deux portes qui se ferment à l’entrée puis les logements individuels à l’intérieur, rue un peu bruyante et un peu sale mais il y a le bus 109 à proximité qui va dans le centre donc très pratique, quelques commerce et tabac (pour acheter les tickets de bus) à proximité. Lieu assez ancien mais correct Personnel ne parlant pas très bien anglais mais on a réussi à bien se comprendre Bon séjour

Il prezzo è buono. Non è lontano dal centro. Manca cura dei particolari: in cattive condizioni maniglie, cucina a gas, doccia, doccetta (che perde acqua), macchie sul muro (che si potrebbero rimuovere con gomma pane), dotazioni scarse di carta igienica e bagno schiuma, assenza quasi continua alla reception e numero che mi aveva contattato che non risponde.
