Fine Place to Stay - Hope to Visit Again!

Wonderful location near the Teatro Massimo and other attractions. The room was wonderful and the breakfast was outstanding. Highly recommended! The host and his son were kind, knowledgeable and very helpful

Das Hotel hat eine sehr zentrale, dennoch ruhige Lage in einer Nebenstraße. Der Hotelier ist außerordentlich freundliche und hat manchen guten Tipp bereit.

Marco en Mario (vader) zijn zeer hulpvaardig en helpen je graag op weg in Palermo. Het ontbijt is eenvoudig maar goed verzorgd. Casa Galati ligt vlak bij theater Massimo. Het plein voor het theater fungeert als een centrale plek voor de inwoners. We hadden het niet beter kunnen treffen.

시칠리아에 대한 이미지와 그동안 듣던 이야기가 부정적인 면이 많아 방문 할 때 걱정이 많았습니다. 그러나 도착 첫날 마르코(Marco) 씨를 만나면서 그런 걱정이 모두 사라 졌습니다. 친절한 안내와 깨끗한 숙소는 다른 어떤 숙소에서도 느끼지 못 했던 편안함 이었습니다. 특히 마르코씨의 예술에 대한 관심과 애정이 상당한 수준이어서, 숙소가 조그마한 겔러리 같았습니 다. 아침에 조식을 제공 하는데, 매일 손수 빵을 구워오고 오렌지를 직접 갈아주는 정성은 돈을 목적으로 B&B를 운영 하는 것이 아닙니다. 여행객을 쉬게하고 관광지를 안내 해주며 기쁨을 얻는 듯 했 습니다. 그리고 살고 있는 시칠리아에 대한 애정도 각별해서 관광지 하나하나 에 대한 깊은 지식을 갖고 있습니다. '카사 갈라티' 숙소 자체가 고성같은 운치있는 옛 건물이라 더 좋았습니 다. 관광 '데스티네이션'의 접근성도 정말 좋습니다. 팔레르모의 중심지라고 할 수 있는 마시모극장 2-3분 거리에 위치하고 있으며 콴트로콘티 사거리, 팔레르 모 대성당 그리고 노르망 왕궁을 모두 도보로 돌아 볼 수 있습니다. 정말 모든 면에서 훌륭한 레지던스 로 팔레르모에 가시면 꼭 이곳을 찿으라고 강력 추천합니다. 2018/7/17 김종호

미술관처럼 편안한 곳!!

비행기 도착시간이 늦어 늦은 체크인 이었는데, 친절하게 맞아주셨어요. 공항버스를 폴리티아마 극장 앞에서 내리면 위치도 가깝구요. 걸어서 팔레르모 관광하기에도 아주좋아요!! 특히, 아침 조식이 아주 훌륭해요. 깨끗하고 친절해서 3박하는 동안 편안하게 지냈어요.

Great location, nice, clean rooms

This B&B is in a great location, has nice, clean rooms with interesting decorations by a local artist, and our host Marco was very friendly and helpful. Be sure to ask him for recommendations around town. Noisy on the weekends because of adjacent nightclubs.

fantastisch, maar volgende keer andere (bad)kamer

geweldige locatie, zeer gastvrij onthaal, fijne kamer: heel goede wifi & airco (hard nodig bij 40 graden buiten), lekker ontbijt (ietwat beperkt maar wel zelfgemaakte cakes) en Marco heefft geweldige tips voor restaurants en bezienswaardigheden gegeven. Het minpunt was dat onze kamer geen badkamer en suite had, waardoor we over de gang moesten naar onze prive-badkamer. De badkamerdeur ((schuifdeur) was ondanks het slot dat we steeds afgesloten hielden makkelijk open te maken: we hebben er twee keer iemand anders op de wc aangetroffen... toch niet zo privé dus... Hotel is ten zeerste aan te raden, ik kom er graag terug, maar alleen in de kamers met eigen aangesloten badkamer!

Supercentralt och superbra boende!

Vi övernattade här 3 nätter. Rent och fräscht med eget badrum. Fransk balkong och Platt-TV med många kanaler. Värden pratade flytande engelska och var jättetrevliga och hjälpsamma. Boendet ligger så centralt du kan komma bredvid Teatro Massimo. Det finns ingen anledning att bo någon annan stans, speciellt med tanke på priset!

Helt okej boende för en natt.

Vi bodde en natt på Casa Galati. Det var lite svårt att hitta till rätt entré, då den ligger på en bakgata som var rätt öde. Supertrevlig och kunnig personal, men frukosten som ingick kunde dock varit bättre.

Great location, breakfast & hospitality

The B&B has 5 bedrooms on the second floor of an historic building. Despite the location near shopping and the Opera house it was not noisy due to the thick walls and double glazing. The only noise came from the lift next to our room and that was infrequent. The bed was comforta Mario and Marco (father & son) took turns at serving our delicious breakfast of freshly squeezed orange juice and large cappuccinos. We helped ourselves to cereal, yogurt, toast, cheese, ham and a different cake each day. They were happy to help with sightseeing arrangements and we enjoyed our stay.

Mauvaise experience

Si vous etes claustrophobe passez votre chemin. La porte d'entree de l'immeuble donne directement sur l'ascenseur qui mène au 1er etage, il n'y a pas d'escaliers. La rue est bruyante, vous ne pouvez pas laisser la fenetre ouverte et en plus de cela il est difficile de respirer dans la chambre. Les chaises sont poussiereuses, le menage n'est pas fait sur toutes les surfaces. Le lit grinçe, ce qui vous reveille evidemment lorsque vous vous retournez la nuit. La salle de bain presente des tâches d'humidité au plafond. A 9h du matin le proprietaire frappe a la porte et met la clé dans le verrou pour entrer dans la chambre. Du coup oubliez votre intimité et la grasse matinée! Fort heureusement j'avais laissé la clé dans le verrou ce qui a empêché le proprietaire des lieux d'accéder à la chambre. Pour couronner le tout le dernier jour cette meme personne a pris les serviettes sans en mettre dautres, apres plusieurs heures d'attente j'ai dû me débrouiller et les chercher moi meme dans le local a linge! La seule chose positive est le petit dejeuner que je n'ai pas toujours pris en raison du lieu et de l'attitude du proprietaire des lieux. Cherchez bien, il y a dautres endroits plus agreables, plus proches de la gare centrale et moins chers!

B&b pulito, confortevole e ben arredato

B&B che si presenta molto bene. Recentemente ristrutturato e ben arredato è confortevole e pulito. Stanza tripla ampia con bagno in camera. La colazione buona ed abbondante. I titolari sono davvero cortesi e disponibili!
