「Incredible location with its own private pool overlooking the vineyards. Lovely staff who couldn’t do more to help. Town is 15 mins walk away and a steep walk back but the hotel does offer a ride back… def worth a visit!」

「Booked two rooms through the app. Arrived after a long drive through the mountains, only to be told our reservation had been cancelled — no call, no email, no warning. The explanation was a "system error" that apparently left them unaware they had no rooms. They moved us to another hotel. Calling it a downgrade is generous — the room felt more like a hospital ward than a hotel, closer to a cell than anything we had paid for.
