"Excellent hotel! Perfect location, right in the heart of Genoa, staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Room was lovely and clean with all amenities you would need. We also used the pool and that was absolutely lovely after a long hike through Genoa mountains. Would definitely stay again, thank you to all the reception and housekeeping staff members!"

Me and my sister easily found the way to city center from the train station thanks to her ! "Best breakfast buffet we've had in Europe. The whole facility was extremely clean and the spa was wonderful after a long day of sightseeing. Staff was very friendly and very accommodating to our requests, such as a late check out. It was a wonderful stay."
