The location was very convenient. We particularly liked being near Long Island Park Beach. It was just 17 minutes walk. Great free snorkelling and a great jungle hike. We could walk to the museums - Etpison and Belau National and the aquarium and to Elelei Seaside Restaurant. Great dining location and amazing food. The lunch $20 fish of the day with soup, salad, iced tea/coffee, coffee, bread in top class ambience and service was amazing. We also rented a car from the place above the nearby Globus supermarket which was good value. The Bento boxes for breakfast were great. Plenty to eat and lots of variety. Stephanie let us pick which ones we wanted. Stephanie was helpful and responsive. The taxi driver she suggested was very friendly and reliable. He took us to the Long Island Park Beach when we first arrived to show us around. Great value and experience.

I can’t say enough about the 4S Explorer. 4S service and dining (mostly) on a dive boat There are other water activities for non divers but Palau is for diving ! I’ve been diving for 30 years and this was hands down the best diving I’ve ever done. I only wish I had a few more days Already planning for the return trip. Not easy to get to Palau, but honestly, that is part of the charm and the dive sites aren’t over run with tourists
