「For the first 7 days out of the 10 we stayed we had problems, mainly electrical and had people fixing things around the house. One light bulb missing in the first bathroom, the maintenance person came after 3 days, didn’t have the right bulb with him, said he would come back but never did. Bedsheets in the first bedroom had holes. Some indoor doors were not closing properly, some outdoor doors could not fully open. Overall the house is in dear need of maintenance. 「We hebben enorm genoten van onze week in Palau! Het huis ligt lekker centraal en het zwembad is heerlijk als afkoeling. Enig min puntje: de bedden zijn heel erg hard!!」

「La villa est intégrer dans un petit lotissement clôturé sur les collines de Palau avec vue une magnifique sur l'archipel de la Maddalena. A savoir que l'automobile est indispensable pour pouvoir ce déplacer sur la ville la plus proche Palau. 「Ohne Zweifel verfügt das Objekt über einen einmaligen grandiosen Ausblick. Leider sind Möblierung und Ausstattung nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Vieles erinnert an den Charme der 70iger Jahre. Die Küche verfügt über keinen Backofen. Der Wasserkocher und der Toaster wurden uns erst auf Nachfragen zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Ort Porto Rafael ist wunderschön. Der malerische Strand ist mit dem Auto in 3 Minuten erreichbar. 」

「The Appartment was clean and exactly as described. It offers enough space for 5-6 people and has a very nice view of the sea.Grocery Stores can be reached by car in a few minutes and the nearby town of Palau has very nice Shopping facilities, Restaurants, Cafés And beaches. From there it's also possible to Go to the Island La Maddalena.All in all a very good Appartment with a very nice and welcoming owner.」

「It was a lovely stay and we enjoyed it very much. The house was very tidy, the kitchen was well equipped and everything was exactly as described on the webpage. Our 2 teenage daughters enjoyed having a separate room including an own bathroom! The surroundings are calm and beautiful (only a 5 minute walk away from the sea)! It was a perfect stay!」

「Fijn verblijf op mooie rustige locatie. Mooi strandje vlakbij het huis en geweldig uitzicht. Dorpje is mooi en stil. Huis is erg schoon, bedden goed. Keuken goed uitgerust. Gasten informatie voor het huis zeer beperkt. Geen wifi. Fijne ligbedden bij het zwembad. Prachtige omgeving. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad.」

「La situation géographique de la maison facilite les excursions sur plusieurs sites vers Santa teresa, Palau, Porto Pollo à 5 m pour les sports nautiques, à moins d'une heure d'Olbia. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et nous ont guidé vers de très beaux sites. Encore merci !!! et à bientôt !!!」
