"Cute little hotel near the beach. Great view of the beach from top floor, but no air conditioning makes it hot on that floor, not sure how people caan stay there in the heat of the summer ? Wonderful and charming lady at the reception makes you feel welcome instantly. Beach and restaurants are very close. A great place to stay when in Fécamp."

"Extremely rude and unprofessional receptionist. The photos of the hotel do not describe the property correctly. While you can see the hotel building on the photos, our room was in some low rise (1 floor) building which you enter from the outside. The bathroom was renovated except for the floor tiles which have seen better days (the same tiles were in the room as well). The room had such a strong chemical smell that was there to probably mask some other smell, which unfortunately was still coming...

"This is comfortable auberge with spacious rooms - a good place to explore the Normandy region. There was an issue with the dinner which I had paid for however didn't seem to show up in the booking. Teen age children excited to see computer and XBox but neither worked. Double bed small and cramped room . Need hand towels. Decor eclectic and quite overwhelming which spoilt the quaint charm. Some supplies left but no plain black tea for non coffee drinkers."
