  • Beautiful and comfortable house located in Llafranc of 150 m2 distributed in 3 floors. Located just 500 meters from the beach and the center of town, in a quiet residential area with swimming pool (with children's area), tennis court and community gardens. The house has 4 rooms: 1 quintuple room (2 bunk beds + 1 removable bed (90x190cm)), 2 rooms with 2 single beds (2 beds of 90x190 and 2 beds of 100x190cm) 1 of them in suite with shower and exit to the balcony and 1 double room (with double bed (150x190cm)) with access to the terrace, 1 bathroom with bathtub + 1 toilet, kitchen (gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave) and laundry (washing machine), large living-dining room (TV) with access to the terrace and private garden (63 m2). Beautiful views of the sea Garage. Ideal house for families, reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.

The house itself was very nice. As some others have mentioned, the appliances could do with an upgrade, but that is a minor quibble. The pool and tennis court were really top notch and the location, after recovering from the steep climb from Llafranc village, was excellent. Beautiful views, lovely region, good food and great weather. What more could you ask? My only reason for reducing by one star was the constant requests for us to reduce the noise from our neighbor and from the maintenance guy (who I am sure was acting on their request). We were not excessively noisy, but if you are going to rent to a large group including children and young adults you need to expect some level of noise -we were always quiet at night and did our best to keep the noise to a minimum. But we didn't rent a monastery!

This is a nice beach condo that has enough patina that you won’t worry about it being too precious. It’s a close but steep walk to the beach and town. The pool and tennis courts are great. It has a lovely porch and view. Llafranc is a jewel of a town. It was a well equipped kitchen and we did enjoy cooking in it. The rental management company was responsive and they sent someone over right away to assess the unit. It was not fixable during our stay, but they did try to get a repairman out. . There’s no AC and so we left the windows open at night to try to stay cool. There were a few mosquitoes. All in all despite the issues we enjoyed our time and we definitely want to go back to Llafranc.

A terribly frustrating and disappointing experience. We had to pick up laundry , make our own beds and when arriving at the property we were met with numerous problems over the stay. The villa is dilapidated and needs refurbishment. No welcome pack and no tea towels for kitchen for more than half the holiday No hot water on arrival for 24 hours and we fixed it as the agent / host did not help/ respond Lights falling from ceiling in bathroom No hot water at all in 1 bathroom Filthy and stained cushions for seats outside Dirty laundry left in garden and despite requests for it to be removed- nothing done Dirty and peeling external chairs unfit to use Fan in lounge didn't work properly and therefore couldn't cool the lounge Kitchen has odd and worn appliances Freezer didn't workSome cupboards were dirty Fridge was iced up in placesNot enough pillows for sleeping Fan in bedroom loud and kept us awake No mattress for cot and our baby slept on hard baseNo instructions on how anything workedHad to hire wifi - no internet provided No placemats for tables to eat off on glass topped tablesIncorrect instructions on access to the pool through garden and had embarrassing argument with neighbours because the agency gave us wrong information ( 3 times) Our holiday was severely disrupted and no serious effort on host or agency part to actively fix things It's in a nice area and development albeit the hill to walk up is a killer

Ses Brises- a great place to stay

Excellent accommodation, spacious living room and bedrooms. Lovely terraces and garden with shade, good outside tables and chairs. Beds very comfortable. Ceiling fans were great. Fantastic pool close to villa, good loungers and shade at pool. Fixtures and fittings and all kitchen equipment is very old and not of the standard expected for price paid. No hot water at all for Saturday, Sunday and Monday of stay was very difficult (plumber came late afternoon Monday) No hot water in main en-suite on top floor for the whole of our stay not good enough. Having to carry all our bed linen and towels (along with all our own luggage) from the office to property was not acceptable and have never experienced this before. Should be at the property when you arrive. Property was not especially clean, maybe because it was empty before. All surfaces inside and out were dusty, dead insects in bathrooms and most kitchen equipment was sticky/greasy. Pool needs cleaning more often, made worse because firework debris stayed on bottom of pool from Monday night to Friday.
