Nice modern style apartment just a few minutes' walk from the quiet beach of Calella de Palafrugell, one of the most beautiful on the Costa Brava! close to shops, supermarkets and restaurants.capacity for 5-6 people.Ideal to enjoy a relaxing family vacation on the Costa Brava!Second Floor Apartment with a nice terrace view to the pool. Living room with a big TV scream, direct access to the terrace whit furniture. Open kitchen with all utensils included: cutlery, pans, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, oven and microwave. Laundry room with washer and dryer The main room has 1 double bed (150x190cm) and the second room has 3 singles beds ((2 separate beds and 1 trundle bed under one of the two beds).A bathroom with shower and another 1 toilet. It is part of a beautiful outdoor community area with a large pool and large garden area whit sunchairs.Ideal for families with children.Garage for a large car included in the price.Wifi.Pets not allowed.Ideal apartment for families, reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.

Overall- we are absolutely happy with our stay!

The apartment was stunning, very clean . We had a great view from our 3 d floor.The property was well kept.The location was excellent- close to the beach, restaurants Few things we would recommend to improve :It was challenging to find the right building and apartment- for the first time- since they were not clearly identified The fob from garage door didn’t work- batteries were deadIt would be nice to have soap, shower gel, and a kettle in the apartment, otherwise you should run to the store the day you came

Bel appartement bien situé dans une résidence très agréable

Bel appartement traversant (cool pour faire un courant d’air quand il fait chaud, car il n’y a pas de climatisation) avec un large balcon avec vue sur la grande piscine au 2nd et dernier étage dans une très jolie copropriété bien entretenue et vue sur le village et la mer. Cuisine équipée ouvrant sur grand salon et un canapé d’angle. 2 chambres doubles avec placard. Lit simple en sus dans une des chambres. Salle d’eau de taille correcte comprenant un 1er WC. L’appartement est doté d’un 2nd WC séparé. Il y a également de quoi étendre son linge dans une buanderie équipée d’un lave linge et d’un sèche linge. Cerise sur le gâteau : place attribuée dans le parking en sous-sol (très appréciable de prendre sa voiture restée au frais lorsqu’il fait chaud dehors). Sinon, la situation est très bonne avec le bord de mer à 10’ à pieds. La rue située après la piscine derrière la haie est passante. Si on ne la voit pas (ce qui est top), en pleine journée il faut savoir faire abstraction du léger bruit de fond bien normal due au passage des voitures. Nous n’avons pas trouvé cela gênant, la résidence reste calme, mais c’est bien de le savoir avant.
