It forms part of a quiet and charming development with a communal garden and pool. Maximum capacity 9 people. This property is ideal for enjoying relaxing family holidays on the Costa Brava! The house consists of 5 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms (180x190cm; 135x190cm beds), one of which is en suite with bathroom with shower and access to terrace (pool view)and the other with balcony; 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each (90x190cm),one of which is en suite with bathroom with shower,and 1 bedroom with a truckle bed (80x190cm), 2 additional bathrooms (1 with bathtub,1 with shower), a fully equipped kitchen(ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and a room with washing machine and dryer, large living/dining room (TV, fireplace) with access to private terrace and private garden (with direct pool access) where you can enjoy breakfasts in the sun. 2 furnished verandas with barbecue. Quiet area and close to the beach. Garage included in the price. Ideal for families. Youth groups not allowed. The house is in Llafranc, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava!
