Guests on the property:

· The maximum capacity of the property is 8 people, including adults, children, and babies.

· The house can only accommodate the number of people indicated in the booking and there cannot be more people staying or visiting the property at the same time.



Check-in:

· The minimum age for booking and check-in is 25 years old.

· It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) during check-in. No other documents will be accepted.



The key collection is carried out in our office from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm

- Option to deliver keys at the accommodation. Must be requested 48 hours in advance before the check-in day.

Late arrival and departure outside of hours:

· Late arrival option from 19:00 to 21:00: Price €50 per booking (payment upon arrival)

· Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price €100 per booking (payment upon arrival)

· Out-of-hours check-in option with safety box in the office at no cost.



· Failure to arrive on the check-in day will result in no refund of the booking.



· Tourist tax payment mandatory: Price 1.75€ per night/person +16 years old and maximum payment for 7 nights.



. Deposit of 500 euros. It will be blocked on a bank card at the time of key collection.

In the event of payment in cash, you must provide an IBAN number for its return by bank transfer.

Cleaning:

. The accommodation must be properly tidied up, dishes cleaned, and rubbish deposited in the street containers before check-out, otherwise a fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit.



Keys:

· Loss of property keys: Price 100€ per reservation, to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.

· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: Price according to locksmith's tariff, to be charged on-site by the technician.



Rules:

· Guests agree to respect the property rules and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.



· No parties or celebrations are allowed on the property.

In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours or the police being called, the deposit will not be returned and the tenant must leave the accommodation immediately.



· Pets are allowed. The cost is £6/day/pet. For bookings of more than 7 nights, the maximum cost per pet will be £42/booking.



IMPORTANT:

In properties that accept pets, owners must ensure to collect faeces and clean up urine. Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the guarantee deposit.



· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.



. Prohibited to light candles or any other type of objects that may cause a fire in the dwelling.



. No beach towels are provided.



· Community swimming pool subject to the rules of the homeowners' association where the house is located. Pool usage rules may vary depending on each situation.
