"The apartment is very antique and unfortunately, many things are already broken. Cleanliness didn't meet our standards. However, we enjoyed the wonderful view from the kitchen window at breakfast and from the terrace upstairs. The apartment is very centrally located, meaning we were right on the promenade. The landlady was very friendly and accommodating."

"This was a grand Villa, whch turned into a hotel in 1960. Everything is updated and beautiful. The grounds are gorgeous. Staff is wonderful. We loved our room. All was wonderful and I highly recommend. Just know that there is a 7 minute walk to the beginning of Salo's passeggiata."

"Lovely stay. Could look at the view from my apartment all day. Staff were lovely, breakfast delicious and the plentiful supply of veg from the garden made a amazing salads. The kids loved the pool overlooking the lake. Very relaxing with a good book. You do need a car and there isnt anything within walking distance. But Salo town is 5 minutes away, with delicious gelato, bars and restaurants. "
