"The place was fine, but was not the same as advertised - the booking details said there were 3 rooms with double beds and an office with bunk beds, but there were three rooms with a cot in the closet of one. It was fine because one of our team had to cancel last minute but I wish we had known in advance. I would say it's a good place for 3 people, it's fine for 4, but it would not sleep any more than that unless someone is okay to sleep on the floor."

"The property is simple, clean, and served our large group well. We ate most of our meals out and enjoyed the proximity to the Nordik Spa. Cooking breakfast was ok in the kitchen but the items and appliance are very well-loved and could perhaps use a slight renewal. It is also worth noting that the house may be more suitable for warmer seasons. The winter snow and cold made our stay more challenging as the heating was not always well-distributed and the air was extremely dry (the toddlers in our group really struggled). The private road to the house is uphill and requires four-wheel drive if snowy. One of our cars was a rental, and unfortunately only had all-season tires. lt took an hour to get the van up the hill after heavy snow -- many of us had to push the car up; the host was responsive to our call and helped strategize. He eventually took our his pickup truck and towed the van up the last stretch.Overall, we felt the host was there for us when we needed. Thank you for being attentive and helpful."
