We had a decent stay Dec 22-24 2025. Linens, Sheets, washroom was clean, shower hot water was hot, fireplace working (included a good Duraflame log). TV and Wifi worked great. We came on a very snowy day, management shovelled parking area as the parking is up the hill. We would likely rent again next season!

Our unit could definitely use some upgrades. Sofa, chairs and bed were in good condition, but bedroom cabinets, kitchen counter, dishes, utensils, carpets and bath should all be definitely replaced soon. There was also a howling sound coming from the balcony door when closed, which we reported to the receptionist but it was not addressed during our stay. Luckily two people in our group didn’t mind it so they slept in the living room. On the positive side, the TV was also not working when we arrived but they replaced it right away. Location was great.

There is even no lock on the balcony door. Anybody can go inside from the balcony which has stairs outside. The range hood doesn’t work. We asked one more blanket they forgot to bring it.

There were no staff on site after 5 pm or something like that, it was -20 that day when we arrived, the hotel left the room key in a mail box which everyone can access, but they placed the wrong key in the envelope with our name on it, we spend 15 minutes in the extreme cold weather to figure out how the key work and spend another ten minutes to call the hotel for help. Half hours later finally someone came and give us another room, but we found the blanket has a lots of yellow stain on it. They only provide two bed sheets, no cover, and we use one sheet under the blanket and another sheet on top, but it won't stop us to contact the blanket by a night sleep. It was disgusting. And they don't do housekeeping every day don't change the bath towel every day, so we use the same towel for three nights. The room is smelly. The water flow is weak. We will never book this hotel again for sure. I wish I can post a picture of the blanket here, but I found there isn't an option
