Had a lovely stay , we had room 2 sea view, view was great, room was ok we only slept and changed there maybe a bit dated but comfy, and clean , great location right by the harbour.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. For example, when I asked if there was a communal fridge I could use, the landlady carried a spare fridge and put it in my room! Overall I was very impressed by the place, considering the very reasonable price. A pleasant stay.

A lovely weekend away.

This hotel is in a great location, right next to the beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable for our weekend stay. There isnt much parking at the hotel, only 2 cars could park at the front. Thankfully we found street parking at the back of the hotel, but it was very busy. Overall it was a lovely stay.

A fabulous and recommended place to stay

We had a 3 night stay, along with other family members staying 2 nights. The hotel is very conveniently located, close to the sea front and amenities in Paignton. Our room was so comfortable and homely, absolutely spotlessly clean. The welcome from the hosts was so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble throughout our stay and the communication was good from booking to leaving. We would certainly be sure to book again when visiting the area.Our choice for booking this hotel was made on previous good reviews and we would certainly recommend.

Very friendly couple running the Hotel. I arrived at 13.30 by train. I didn't want to haul my luggage around until the 15.00 check-in time so I went straight to the hotel to ask if I could leave it there and call back to check-in. My room was ready so I didn't have to wait at all. I thoroughly enjoyed my long weekend break

I had a very relaxing holiday. 7 night stay. Hotel is on the sea front, close to the shops and train station for the steam train. I had no issues with parking but you can get blocked in on the back carpark. The hotel and room was clean and comfortable. Slept well. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Good value. I would visit here again.

Birthday holiday break

We turned up early and told the owner would it be ok if we could stay parked around the back and check in later at 3pm. It was no problem we checked in there and then because the room was ready,was lovely and friendly person.
