Great location, great breakfast, very warm welcome

Lovely warm welcome. Cosy, clean, homely, great location. Best breakfast ever. Dog friendly. Our dog was made welcome too.

Mini 4 day break

Well on arrival we was offered drinks and cake the hosts were very welcoming the hotel is spotless from top to bottom great breakfast location for the shopping train harbour etc.10/10

Very obliging hosts.

Overall ok. compared to other similar properties we have stayed at. Definitely need blackout curtains in Room 3, sun woke us around 4.30AM.

Mycket prisvärt!

Charmigt och lite gammaldags boende med ett förtjusande värdpar som var mycket serviceinriktade. Riklig och bra frukost. Litet rum men funktionellt och välstädat. Stort utbud av restauranger i närheten.

Dog friendly B&B

Nice B&B but didn't realise it was dog friendly as I am highly allergic to dogs! Room was ok & breakfast was nice.

Nice quest house, great location.

We used this quest house as a base for attending a family bereavement occasion at Brixham, it was perfectly located for this purpose. The on-line booking process was a breeze. We were welcomed by our hosts with a friendly chat and a cup of tea.

Beyond the call

I only stayed two nights but what acomfortable and warm(end Dec) nights they where All the hotel info was readily available,Inc wi-fi link,room was immaculate Inc.extra bits and pieces,as I am a late sleeper last breakfast 9.00 ,was a bit of a struggle to get from the comfortable bed,but we'll worth the effort whatever I wanted ,no trouble,added bonus to me(like it or hate it) there was available a jar of Marmite. If you are going to Paington for a few days I suggest you add St Edmonds to your list for staying at. Very good value

Clean and friendly

Checking in is pleasent despite being late but had Tung ahead to arrange late checkin. Room is tidy and staff very friendly and helpful with local info. Breakfast is good too and checking out is relax

Lovely hotel

I stayed here with my sister for a few days, the minute we walked in the door we were offered a cup of tea and made to feel welcomed. We brought the average age down a good thirty years as we were the same age as thier children but we're still treated really nice.

a warm welcome , a ground floor room as i struggle with stairs, a nice breakfast in a spacious dining room , and a short walk to the harbour , beach and shopping area

conveniently located near beach and town centre

Had a pleasant 3-nights stay there - everything as expected ... no bad surprises. Weather could have been better but that's not to blame here ...
