"We had a great pre-holiday stay at Heartland. The room was spacious, comfy and clean. The staff were friendly and kind. We also enjoyed a meal at the resturant onsite which was convinient. The hotel was quiet and felt safe. Would definitley stay again. "

"Sadly, the spa was not working and this was one of the draw cards for us. Also, we had 2 drinks charged to our room that were not ordered by us. Staff should never reveal guests names. When we did order drinks, from Our Land is Alive bar, we paid with cash. However when staff asked us for our room number, and we gave it, she replied by giving us our name which should never happen. Other than this, we do love Cordis."
