「We arrived at 3:00 am. I had notified the property previously of our late arrival. I had to check in with security only to find out our room was cancelled for the night because there was no credit card on file. This room was paid in full for the week. No one asked for a credit card. They just went ahead and cancelled the room. As there were no other rooms available in the area, we ended up sleeping in the car in their parking lot. They offered us nothing to make up for their unprofessional ...
